Great quality bed and everyone is very friendly and helpful. There were a few hiccups but they solved it immediately which is the most important thing.

John is amazing, educated us on the correct mattress for an efficient night's sleep - good posture and good blood flow = delta sleep! We love our new bed, really hard to get out of bed in the morning not because we're still tired from poor sleep but because we're just so COMFORTABLE! Hubby is in transport and is talking to the driver's he works with about what we learnt from John and have sent them John's way for a new bed! Paid extra for delivery and assembly, too easy:) Kia ora John, thank you for everything:)

A few weeks ago we bought Jessica Light Pine Double Bed Frame & Posture Elite Double Mattress. We are very satisfied with the products and the friendly customer service. Very good communication through out and follow up.

I purchased a queen bed, base and bedhead from this store. The assistant was lovely and I advised I would confirm the date of delivery with him the following week. I rang the store to do this and again confirmed the date and delivery address and time of delivery. The day of delivery arrived and I rang to confirm that everything was on track. Unfortunately, the date was not updated as I had requested in my confirmation phone call. The assistant was very apologetic and offered to send another bed until mine could be delivered. I refused as did not want to go through a delivery twice. We agreed on a new delivery date and time of delivery. On the new delivery date the assistant rang to say the bed would be delivered between 6 and 8pm. This was not what was agreed on the prior call and it was bought forward to 4pm. Unfortunately, the drivers were given the wrong delivery address which was very frustrating for all. Then to top off a really bad start the bed was in many pieces which I hadn't been advised. I was expecting a base, bed and bedhead not a jigsaw puzzle. I rang the store again and was advised that I should have purchased an assembly service. Which had I known I would have done so. The explanation for not advising was that it was on my receipt. This isn't good enough, this should be advised at the time of purchase. I was fortunate that the delivery drivers could assemble the bed for me as 60 years of age and being of small build I would have never been able to do this. The staff are lovely people but they need to more detail orientated and communicate better if they expect customers to be happy.

It wasn't an easy decision for me, but I was provided with good consultation and it helped greatly to choose what I wanted to have for my room. Good selection of affordable bed frames and mattresses. The guy at the store let us look around for a while before asking if we needed help, which was very much appreciated. Pricing was affordable, different payment options offered. Good place to go when looking for a new bed. Recommend

Tip: Please don't buy the cheapest mattress, it was really uncomfortable. Paying just a little bit more gave us much higher quality.
