Beds R Us

That was a very nice experience. Complete dedicated time with the sales rep, who was great explaining what each bed had. Had a go on the body pressure mapping bed which was right on the money for bed firmness.

Staff had excellent knowledge and were very helpful. There are lots of options for comfort levels. Also had colour swatches to choose from. Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed.

My wife and I came in looking for a new bed and were served by Ash. We havent bought a a bed in over 20 years and were overwelmed by it all. Ash was super patient and extremely knowledgeable and made the process less stressfull. This man deserves the recignition and some sort of reward. Top service and great product. Highly reccomend this shop.

Bought a new bed from here last Sunday, delivered and old bed taken away within 3 days. Magic. Very friendly female staff member also.

Awesome team, awesome service. Brought a new memory foam underlay for my king bed. The first time in ages I have had a good sleep. Thank you guys! Will see you guys in the new year for my new Bed! (18-dec-2021)

Some credit to Ash (I think that was the salesmen name), I found him helpful and he sold us the right bed. However part of the base was damaged on arrival. The item was replaced which I am grateful for. When trying to organise delivery of the replacement item, I found the office lady Jess and the delivery man, unhelpful and dismissive. I won't use this company again

My last review was over 4 years ago and since then there seems to have been a change of ownership, so I'm updating from my previous review.

The last few experiences of BedsRUs Silverdale for us has been stellar. Great staff, good people, honest advice. When I last went in I was having challenges with headaches and the lady who helped me took the time to 1) gather some options based on my situation, 2) look at my spine alignment on the bed that was most like my one at home and 3) recommend a pillow. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Clearly, they no longer use the tactics they used back in 2017 when I initially reviewed them. I would highly recommend them now.

Absolutely beautiful service from Sandra today. She helped my partner and I look for a bed and provided the most helpful service to us to find the right fit for our needs. Left the store very happy and can't wait to receive our new bed!
