I would highly recommend Ben's glass, the service was amazing and they were so helpful. My mum is 81 and locked herself in the house and my nephew and sister had to smash two windows to get in after she had a fall. When I rang and explained they were so nice and were out installing the windows 3 hours later it was a really excellent response. Really appreciate the amazing service not always easy to find these days. Thank you.

Daughter broke a window before my house inspection gave the team a call they asked for a photo so they can send a quote and they were here in 10mins to replace the window! Don't believe the website when it says they are open on Sat. I went to see them and they were closed. Phoned the number and was told he was out on a job and the workshop is closed. Didn't help me much!

Bens Glass in Papakura were terrific. I broke a large plane of glass late Saturday afternoon and rang them for help. As promised, they arrived first thing Monday morning and replaced it. They did a greeat job, am very happy and would definitely use them again!

Warning: Shocking customer service and poor workmanship! Owner Raj raved about having many years experience, but left the sight for most of the time. Had 16 windows replaced (Raj only did 2) and he had a guy on his first day do some work by himself and I overheard him say "I'm F**king this up, you better do it" to his workmate. After the work was done, a few windows have messy finishes and I contacted Raj in regards to tidying it up. 3 weeks later, he has not come to do the work and is now ignoring my phone calls. Very disappointing and I urge you to choose somewhere else! Cheaper quote is false economy in this case!

Two hopeless guys took hours to replace a medium size window. Did a terrible job, damaged the wooden frame (actually broke it into small pieces then glued it back in poorly). Apparently they used to be quite good and have since changed staff. When we broke another window, we used Sauvarins Glass, Takanini. They did a great job, very quick and was about the same price.

Job: ranch slider - toughened glass + cat door. Excellent office staff - polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Installer arrived on time (twice - once for measure then for actual job), did a great job (and cheaper than other quotes). Perfect, will use again.
