Booked for a quote for 4: 30pm. They replied back saying 5pm. I said ok. 5: 20pm I call and left voicemail asking whats happening. Got called back saying they "forgot" as they were on another job. So if I hadn't have called it would have been a no show. I had other family commitments to go to as well. I think I deserved a courtesy call like other heat pump companies did and not to be forgotten.

After researching various heat pumps, I contacted Namit and told him what I required for a 2 bedroom granny flat. He recommended the Daikin Model FTXM50R.
I booked a date for installation. He turned up on time and installed the unit in a good tradesman manner. The site was left clean and safe and the Heat Pump unit operating in a safe silent and very efficient condition. I have no hesitations in recommending his services.
