9I commend these friendly and efficient bunch of guys. On time and very pleasant to deal with. They were very careful with your stuff. I am quite happy to use them again and definitely would recommend them to others.
Used Bert Tarry three time in last two and half years, we didn’t have any issues, they confirmed date and time with me before each move, they were right on time and the guys work careful with everything.
Horrendous. Broke multiple pieces of furniture and weren't interested when we complained. I guess good if you want furniture broken down to tiny pieces.shambolic outfit.
Pathetic. Let us down on the very day we were moving with an excuse that someone hadn't turned up and they hopefully could move us sometime that day but couldn't say when. Had to get someone else on a moments notice and we ended up moving out as the other people were moving in. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.
Terrible experience. Several pieces of furniture ruined when just moving a few km. Customer service appalling. Avoid like the plague.

About six months ago I moved from Auckland to Te Awamutu and Bert Tarry Carriers moved me. From the start it was apparent that I was dealing with professionals. Communications was excellent and all queries were answered. Their team was punctual, courteous and obliging and their expertise at packing goods into the vehicle was very obvious. Delivery was arranged for the next day and again was punctual and went totally without a hitch.
I had no breakages or damage and would most definitely strongly recommend them to others and use them again for any future move.
We used Bert Tarry to move home recently. They turned up on time, were very careful with the furniture and our items and got the job done as the price quoted. Very friendly people and a couple of characters in their as well! Cheers chaps
