Richard from Beyond Electrical serviced and cleaned our heat pumps, inside and outside units. Shaye in the office was very prompt responding to my query, and we got set up very easily. Richard called to let me know he was going to be a little late, which is always appreciated! He did a great job, and was very clean and tidy in his work. The price was good, and I will definitely be having them back to do this work again.

We chose to book this business again as they were awesome installing power to our garage in 2018 which was Jaydin’s great handy work. I had Beyond Electrical recommended to me by a fellow electrician who have moved to another town. I was doing up a rental to sell with tight timelines. The team were always on time, communicative and listened to what I needed done. The work was expertly carried out with the place left clean and tidy after work completion. I thoroughly recommend Beyond Electrical to someone seeking a quality electrical team.

The electrical work was done well but I was very upset at the lack of respect for myself and my possessions despite repeated requests i was ignored tilli lost my temper. Very uncomfortable when immune compromised no masks were worn in my home even though I was wearing one and there are warnings of new covid outbreak. They carry no vacumn cleaner and although offered to use mine. I did not have one. My furniture was left covered in dirt and bits of plaster and will need cleaning. The remote secured in the middle of the wall where I have to crawl over furniture to reach the holder. My bed and washing were also used as tables for tools and other items. The job was arranged by landlord. I would not be comfortable with using this company although the work seemed alright and the team were friendly and polite but thoughtless.

Absolutely amazing team right from the start. Through my whole experience with them everyone I was in contact with was super friendly, helpful and just over all spectacular! I've never had an experience be so smooth. We also had to have a second person come out and with no problem they turned up the next day. Great team highly recommend!

These guys are just awesome, we initially had Richard out to service our AC units who did a great job. I had also been having some issues with our lights, called Peter, his first question was an option for keeping costs down for us (not just chasing as much revenue as he can get). He came around the next day to check it out. Informative & knowledge and easy to understand. Will be using these guys going forward. Thank you!

Great pricing and really nice guys (Jadin and his helpers) and Richard all really lovely and pleasant taking the time to explain things and answers to my questions as they worked. They were little delayed on arrival however they phoned me to let me know what was happening. Also lovely office staff Rosalie thank you for great service. They were also really good with advice on products and recommendation of products and plan according to what we needed during renovations.
