Love this water filter has help me with my weight loss and also has help create healthy habits for my son. Dont haft to carry those heavy water bottles from the car to the kitchen I get clean water right from my kitchen.

On behalf of the Mahurangi East Bowling Club, Snells Beach, I would like to comment on the Big Blue Water Cooler we have just obtained for the Bowling Club. Gone are the days where we had to cart trays of glasses and water containers out to the greens. The water cooler is placed just inside the door at the clubhouse and what a difference it has made. Used non-stop particularly this hot weather - the best thing we've ever done!

Switched our company over to Big Blue water coolers and have had no issues since. The water is great as is the service and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I feel I got scammed by Bigblue Coolers company.

They gave me a free trial for like a month and left the water cooler for two months at my work place around February 2013. I enjoyed the cold water on the hot summer days. When they came to pick it up they asked if I wanted to rent it, I felt bad for having it for like a month longer to start with, I told them I would be interested for a short term rental. I told the sales lady I would like to keep it until summer ends and re hire it again at the beginning of spring when the weather gets hotter, she said that was ok. I asked if that was ok and if I could return it when I wanted to. I was told I can cancel at anytime, only catch I would have to give two months notice, sounds honest enough. They never told me that I would have to wait for two years before attempting to cancel and then give two months notice, they also never told me anything about it being a 24 month contract. Its not about the money, its a moral and way these people do business. It says that its a 24month term contract on the back of the form. Nothing on the front or around the signature area, the sales lady didnt mention a thing about this, I trusted her and was very busy with work so I did not read the back of the page.

When I phoned them the main guy to answer for everything was Andrei Lenart he said he could not do anything and that it is a 24 month contract.

I feel scammed and a little bit frustrated at the nature of the sale. Called today again 08.01.14 and the were not helpful in any way.

Beware of this company, read before you sign any thing.

They have the best water cooler prices and very professional and friendly staff. Our drinking water is always delivered on time.

See clause 10 of contact as you cannot end your contract at end of contract date without three months notice!
And if you don't contact them within one month of review they automatically renew the contract for the same terms and conditions for the same amount of time again.
I'm not even sure this is legal!
