Big Chill misplaced our order, showed no respect or were even tiny bit sorry when communicating about it. The administrator Sally needs to learn how to do good customer service as she is very rude and unpleasant to deal with.
I would not recommend Big Chill to anyone and would advise anyone looking for a reliable service to look elsewhere.

Not sure how a company like this is still In business really. Takes countless admin hours to chase up packages and customers just think you’re incompetent because products never show. As a supplier you should run! Surely there is a better option out there.

Missed uncountable deliveries, products gone missing, worst drivers who receive complaints from almost all customers. Drivers don’t care less, they even said ‘no drivers anyways, you go ahead and make your complaints, no one cares’.

Absolutely number one worse service in Auckland. They've lost 3 of our packages and we're out of pocket due to them. Immensely disappointed!

I wish I could give zero stars! After loosing our order and poor communication throughout that, our order arrived completely melted in totally wet cardboard boxes a full day late. Customer service is shocking. For a big company, specialising in frozen and chilled transport this is unacceptable. Big Chill has not delivered the service they promised and that we paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but it is how you deal with your customers after that, that counts. It worries me that a Big Chill treats perishable food that poorly and then expects it to still be consumed. I am very disappointed and would highly recommend to use a different company to save you the stress and trouble and to make sure your recipient doesn’t get sick.

A very unreliable refrigerated service. Consistently lose our orders and/or delayed delivery. We have arranged with our supplier to use an alternative company.

If you are driving and you see their truck drivers nearby. Be carefull. Their drivers drive like agent 007 to impress their clients but harrasing and puting fellow road users into risk and possible accidents. GYU 207

Big Chills Highbrook site is really well maintained. The staff are helpful and thr trucks are always well kept here (cleaned and washed and presented nicely). Service has been great also. Thank you Big Chill Highbrook!

We were sent hams prior to Christmas via Big Chill. Some boxes went "missing" en route. All deliveries are supposed to be signed for on receipt so should be easy to track as to whether it was delivered or not and which truck they were on. It's got to be either incompetence or theft. Hams. Christmas.leaning towards theft myself.

Call themselves the number 1 choice for cool logistics, yet won't provide us the service because we're not a big enough company to be worth their time.pretty disappointing, and clearly they only care about the big guys.if that's the case, be clear about it from the outset.
