Awful is an understatement for this company. If you want to increase your blood pressure and spoil your whole day in following up with your order, please deal with this company.
Trust me, I own businesses and would never leave such a harsh review for another business. This review is the overall awful experience of almost a year. The whole idea is to improve the service, so that we are happy to promote and give good feedback. Whoever is managing their Auckland location business, definitely needs to be removed or replaced.
Never received my order without several follow ups for almost a year.
Please stay away from them
