Friendly mature guys who work quickly. Amazing skills with glass. One tiny criticism was they accidentally left a pain of glass on the step.

Booked a repair. They arrived and drove off. When I called they ignored my calls. So I called from a different number they answered immediately then spoke rudely. Turned out they didn’t have tools for the job! Waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Business taken to Obsidian Glass Ltd. Who had much better rates, friendly, polite and completed the job beautifully and clean.

We called a few companies for a quote and found Birkenhead Glass the most competitive, they were also super easy to deal with. They very quickly replaced a panel of glass in our sliding door and took away the old one no problem — all done in ~15 minutes.

Window Glass replaced ok.
However they chose to remove the old glass on the table on the deck without using a cloth. Result was shards of glass on the deck even after they swept up. I picked up several bits before doing a thorough vacuum
