Recently had my car fixed and serviced by BJs and I'm extremely impressed with their work. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car to be honest.also William's customer services is outstanding. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

2nd time coming here for service. Very honest guy (I think he's the owner). I thought it would take 2 hours for my service and inspection, but they did it in like 1hr 15mins. Definitely will come back.

William and the team are always reliable and give me good price for quality work, will take care or all your car needs, and have always given me honest advice and never try to rip me off like a few other places I have been to in the past. Highly recommend

Purchased a Grabone deal for a service. They were wonderful, didn't pressure me into getting things fixed with them. I took my car else where for a wof as their guy was sick, and was passed on a wof, and BJ found faults in the steering and told me they shouldn't have passed me. Went back to BJ to have things repaired. Really great job done. Went out of their way to help me and to help me with transport. Will be going back to them.

Took my car here after finding a Grabone voucher. Despite the discount, William was amazing and I believe did a full quality service on my car. He even cleaned the engine for me. He gave me some good advice too about an oil that was recommended I use by other mechanic. After speaking to VW William was correct to advise against using the oil.clearly good at what he does and I'd take my car back any day! Thanks for the service

Got my vehicle done here, on the paper it says by window washer, that it’s been topped up, as I was travelling home went to squirt the window washer and it was empty, didn’t even top it up, makes me wonder if they thoroughly serviced my vehicle and checked everything else

I came in Dec 2021, from memory to get service possibly WOF aswell. I was charged $1.2k approx, as they found several things that needed to be fixed up.
I'm happy they were able to fix as I was off the next day for road trip (last min).
Reason for my 3 star review, when I got my keys back, mechanic spoke so fast (maybe busy going from one car to another) said I didn't need x which I was already charged for, so he suggested as a deal he will charge me $250 to fix my boot (issue it would not open with the key, I used latched in car to open it). In the end I said no and requested $250 refund.
I went somewhere else (same day), and they only charged me $30 to fix, the latch inside boot disconnected somehow, was a quick 10min job. Now boot opens remotely & with key.

Man there was really nice and great service really affordable found it on grabone has free wifi if your waiting around and coffee would deff go there again cheers guys

I'm new to Flat Bush and did not have a mechanic. When my car wouldn't start the previous evening I had no idea who I should contact. After having a negative experience on the phone with two S. Auckland places, I contacted BJ's.

What a positive difference! William correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone (bad starter), ordered the part, and had it there by the time my car arrived via tow truck an hour later!

He wasted NO time fixing my vehicle-in fact, it was completed so quickly and competently that he was able to complete a SECOND, add-on repair/maintenance request (front rotors/pads and oil change) -total time was less than 2.5 hrs!

In addition, William made a point of showing me his repairs: the old extracted parts and a short video showing me the new rotors and starter; he's a very honest person.

I wholeheartedly recommend BJ's.

Car fully serviced. Headlights look brand new. Excellent service and best place i've been to so far. These guys have reasonable rates and won't cheat you. Will definitely be back here.

I am very satisfied with the service they have provided considering it was my first time booking for a car service. I found them through buying a grabOne coupon. Staff were friendly/welcoming and very helpful especially when I was confused at first as I’ve never had the chance to bring a car in for routine checks before. I am glad with the outcome and the whole car service went smoothly and it only took an hour and half with the reasonable price. I would go there again if given the chance I bring my car back to Auckland. Highly recommend it to anyone

BJ automotive is a really good, I dropped my car into them 8am ready by midday for a service no problems what so ever. Lovely customer service cheap too $$ (go to GrabOne) they had a good deal!

Last week came in for wof and service, 10/10 service, sweet and simple. Takes care of the customer by checking up beforehand and overall I’ve had a good experience. I appreciate it very much.highly recommend!
