These guys are really good at explaining to me the issues and options, really appreciate the extra time to make sure I understand what was the best way forward.

Blackout Electric have been a fantastic trades team to have onsite.
Their knowledge and willingness to work across several sites, and provide a highly professional service, with finishing to an immaculate standard was a highlight throughout the process of our cabins build.

The Blackout Team are stars! Toni, who wins the award for Customer Service Extraordinaire! Replies to my queries or questions were not only efficient, but also with a sense of humour which I enjoyed. They even helped me with some light selections, sending through links to potential products, all making my life so much easier. On install day the great personalities and worth ethic arrived again when Seb and Brandon turned up. They shared the install plan, and were so professional and respectful of my home. Any obstacles were faced and overcome, when othersIm sure would have given up. They got my dream lights installed and made me one very happy customer.

Seb was awesome. He went out of his way to get me an unusual light fitting for an antique light I had which I really appreciated. He was also incredibly helpful and creative and proactive with our renovations and suggested things I wouldn’t have thought of but now wouldn’t be without. I needed some update work on a retro caravan prior to an EWOF.
Seb was punctual, professional and cost effective. He was also knowledgeable about caravan electrical requirements which made getting the EWOF, without any issues, so easy.

Seb has been helping us on and off over the last few months while we renovate the back of our villa. Great communication and always on time. He also has a good eye for the design aspect of installation, which is quite hard to come by. Looking forward to working with Blackout again as we move onto the next project!

I love Sebastian, I would highly recommend. He’s so nice to our dog and always chats with my small children.
His works great too and offers good advice, he does t take advantage and understands what it’s like working with a small budget. He’s now completed over half of our house renovation in stages.
His apprentice is also smart polite young man.

Prompt and fantastic service from Seb when we required some repairs prior to moving house, will 100% use Blackout Electric again in the future.
