Liberty from Bluebells Cakery was so amazing and efficient. The beautiful Hazelnut Chocolate cake was outstanding. Delelivered on time and perfect in everyday.
Will definitely use Bluebells Cakery again.

Our experience with Bluebells Cakery, which was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of professionalism and care was astounding. This is a warning to others considering them for their wedding.

Firstly, the quality of the cake from Bluebells Cakery was a major letdown. For a wedding, you expect a cake that is both delicious and beautifully presented. Sadly, the cake we received was bland and forgettable, a far cry from the standard one would expect from a reputed bakery.

The delivery service only added to our troubles. The cake was not delivered at the scheduled time, causing unnecessary chaos in our carefully planned wedding day. It’s clear that Bluebells Cakery does not understand the importance of timing and coordination in such significant events.

Adding to the fiasco was the consultation process. We were provided a cake that was embarrassingly small for our number of guests, despite having clearly communicated our requirements. What was supposed to be a centerpiece of our celebration turned into a source of embarrassment.

The response from Bluebells Cakery post-wedding was equally disappointing. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and rectifying them, they chose to deflect blame and offer superficial excuses. This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude toward our concerns was incredibly frustrating.

Choosing Bluebells Cakery for our wedding cake was a regrettable decision. Their failure in both product and service has left a bitter memory of what should have been a joyous aspect of our wedding. I strongly advise anyone looking for a wedding cake to consider other bakeries that respect and understand the significance of such an occasion.

Incredible staff at Bluebells! We phoned them at midday for a last minute wedding request for the same day, and the staff were so super lovely! They sorted us out so kindly and quickly! And the cake was amazing! Vegan choc rasp naked cake. Loved it! Thank you!

Amazing Cake, I was super pleased with it. I was disappointed with the communications around delivery and their own internal miscommunications, it shouldn't have been that difficult and added alot of unnecessary stress for me on the day.

This was by far the best chocolate cake I've ever had! Because we are vegetarian they suggested alternative chocolates with no gelatine. We opted for the eggless cake and it was AMAZING.

As always, with any of the products that can be bought from Bluebells, the quality of the food is wonderful! The delivery service is also exemplary, even in difficult Covid times. This last order I made was pretty little cupcakes for my little niece's 3rd birthday and she (and her big sister and parents!) were surprised and delighted. Thanks very much for making a little girl's day special:)

So I accidentally ordered my cake for the wrong date, when I went to pick up on my intended date they were more than understanding and had my cake ready within a couple of hours! Highly recommend!

Ordered a passionfruit cheesecake, macarons and rocky road for my wife's birthday. Delivery was efficient and made with care, all products were of the highest quality and presented immaculately. We were blown away with how tasty and fresh everything was. This made a lockdown birthday way more enjoyable and added a special touch. Ordered a 12 pack of salted caramel macarons 2 days in advance, picked up and they were mixed. Had to go back and swap. Other than that, great service. Thank you

Fantastic service! Website ordering was really easy to use. It was my Mum's birthday, and I wanted some treats delivered, since I was not allowed to visit, on her special day, due to lockdown level 4.
