Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I booked my 5 series in for a service. They found some other things that needed work, but priced them then contacted me first. Car was also cleaned and groomed which wasn't expected. Great value loan vehicle too. Highly recommended.

I called in again recently as the oil warning light was on saying oil needed a top up. I expected to buy a litre over the counter and sort it out myself at home. Within a few moments they took the car, checked the readout, added the oil and gave me my keys back. Cost was virtually the same as buying a one litre oil pack. And I had called in without warning at 10 to 5pm on a weekday!
Simply superb.

Just dropped the car off for its regular service. Again, impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff. Loan car was easy to arrange and is extremely tidy and minus sign writing.

A couple of hours after dropping off I got a phonecall setting out what the car needed and what else should or could be done with prices for each thing, and in a very helpful, not at all pushy conversation I decided what to get done. Later that day a call to say the car was ready.

Again on pick up, my car was not only fixed but also groomed.

Took my 2000 BMW 318 Ci to BM Workshop Grey Lynn for vacuum hose and pump replacement. I received great service that was prompt, professional and friendly. Very impressed with everyone from reception, to the 2 Technicians that attended to my car.

Excellence BMW specialist and know what they are doing. Not cheapest but the good results.

Very helpful team. Do their damndest to sort out problems, and are reasonable when it comes to the bill.

First time taking my BMW 335i convertible for full service today + Wof, receptionist was on to it, great service and friendly staff. I was happy with the outcome, even cool how the car was groomed and cleaned which wasn't expected. Highly recommend and would definitely be back

I took my E90 335 to BM Workshop for a service yesterday, and I am over the moon with the result. Their attention to detail is some of the best I've come across. I was advised of some minor issues that I'm sure other workshops would have missed or overlooked, and there was absolutely no pressure from BM to fix these issues, which shows a level of honesty you just don't find everywhere. The car came back purring like kitten AND had been groomed inside and out, I mean come on.where else do you get a great service like that!
I am so glad (relieved actually) that I've found these guys, and I will not be taking my cars anywhere else.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I had the inlet valve de-coking service done on my Mini R56 and it made a huge difference in power and fuel economy. Highly recommend this place for your BMW or Mini.

My insurance company recommended BM Workshop to me and they are the best! I wish I had met them before and not taken my mini to my regular workshop. The wife has a mini and she loves it, won’t send it anywhere else as these guys know how to care for it. Many mechanics in NZ just moan when you bring a European car in, so pays to know someone who won’t

Complete disappointment, like many businesses covid has effected most companies that require staff and that also depend on stock coming in. I understand that firstly as we are in the hospitality industry so I have no issue with being under staffed or delays.
However my experience was very disappointing, we have been using BM Workshop for all our serving needs. However last few times its been shocking due to lack of organizing and management. I had booked in our car family car in for service + wof, no dramas in that regard. Didn't have part for the brake pads that needed replacement so will have to re-book, I said no problem lets book it in for 2 weeks time after we agreed that we will get the brakes replaced then when we more time.

Fast forward 2 weeks I book in bring car in for service as booked. I receive a call saying the part is incorrect and will have to wait for correct part to arrive so won't be completed till the following day. My issue is why was was it not ready and checked prior? We agreed for 2 weeks times so I don't understand why we had to wait for the whole day to check if part was correct. My understanding of how it works is.
1-break pads checked, needed replacement, confirm order with customer
2-order part that is suited for model
3-part arrives that week (knowing i'll be coming in the following week so BM Workshop have a week buffer to sort any issues)
4-customers arrives, part is fitted no drama.
Correct me if this is wrong? I feel like nothing was organized and I turned up on the day and it went like this.
1-I turn up
2-they look at notes, ok no problem brake pad needs replacement
3-find out stock they have is either sold or not suited for model
4-order part, it arrived they got sent wrong part, re order
5-call me to saying it will ready next day.
Pretty much no point in re booking in 2 weeks times if I had to wait anyway and make another trip to BM Workshop.

Not like you would care to be honest being your brand has a good market share, but will not be returning but it's a shame.

Went to BM Workshop for the first time to check for an oil leak for my Mini Cooper S. All the money i spent, 100% worth it.
Knowledgeable staff, professional, clean and very straightforward. Cheers to the team. And thank you very much for the car wash
