Was a bit worried placing an online order having never purchased from the website before however my order was dispatched the same day I placed the order and it came in only 2 days!

Spot on service, the guy at the counter knows his stuff, he guided us in getting our first skateboard which I love and helped install binders on my husband's snowboard. Made sure the settings were done correctly and explained all the tricks. Don't know his name but will ask next time. He seems to be the senior staff, great product knowledge. It is an expensive store but you'd get a better service and trustworthy advice.

Massive shout to Jayde and the other guy at the store! Helped me pick the right bearings for my longboard and also set it up for me. Great assets to the team! Looking forward to coming back

I bought pants here a couple months back and the staff was very nice and helpful, but when I went in today they kept staring at me and didn’t help me one bit and kept staring until I left the store.

Great place for all your snowboard needs. Jayde was awesome helping me choose a new board and bindings. Bataleon Goliath btw. Also organised delivery of my gear to Springfield near Porters Alpine Resort. I also got some Volcrom dogs and a jobby stomp pad. Exemplary service.

Amazing service at the Botany store. Our daughter who’s 10 wants to learn how to skate and we went in to purchase her very first board. The guy was really nice. Getting her to try the board out, encouraging her. She felt like a million bucks leaving the store with her board. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Really sorry we never got the guy’s name but if you do pass on the thanks, we were in the shop today 7th May in the afternoon.

Very very nice staffs in both ponsonby and botany branches. Been there many years for all kinds of boards, very patient to demonstrate their customers.

The guys here are truly amazing. This is a rarity in today's market. They were attentive without being intrusive, they possessed sound knowledge of products and it's availability.

I travelled some distance and they did not disappoint.

There are a gazillion outdoor gear / streetwear shops out there not to mention the availability of online options available these days. Boardertown is one that shows why we should support them and buy local. Their generous return policy allowed for me to return a change of mind purchase (that is still brand new of course) after 3 months. The email responses were helpful and they've made arrangements in advance for my local store to expect me coming in. In-store staff at Botany was top notch and already knew who I am when I entered the store, and they followed through with friendly and helpful advices. Never felt I was pushed to make a purchase and was allowed to take my time to look around. They have obviously put thoughts in choosing their stock lines with some of the top in industry brands.

Staff was very helpful. Didnt make to feel I was just another number. Manager could learn how to friendlier but will go back again.

Nice environment to shop in - have a loyalty card I never have on me and they always eventually find me in the system, happy days

Great store.with great staff. I didn't think they could get better but I had a button come off a dress I brought from them, emailed them and they were exceptional in helping me get it fixed.
