I went to bodyzone for a knot in the top of my shoulder, I had it for at least 18 months. I had been to other places but they couldn’t fix it. After physio and acupuncture for two weeks it was gone! Highly recommend!
I was treated by Yousif and not only does he really know his stuff, but he walked me through every step of what he was doing and even showed me cool tips regarding the muscles he was working on. Within an hour of seeing him I noticed a massive difference in my pain levels. Could not recommend anyone better.
Highly recommend Yousif (physio) and San (acupuncturist). Both are super knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable with treatment. They offer a range of techniques which I felt were well suited to my needs:)

Came in with a severe rolled ankle, had a massage and some tips about how to treat it. Unfortunately rest is a biggie, but none the less my ankle is good as gold now.

One particular physio spoiled their reputation. I was suppose to have an appointment at 8am on a particular morning (even the text reminder said it was 8am). Got there on time, waited 10 min and that physio still hasn't turned up. I told one of the staff, I must go or I will be really late for work. I was expecting that physio to call to explain or for an apology, but that never happened, until I called them up asking for one. To my surprise, she said she always start at 8.20am on a Friday morning, even she was the person who booked me in. And she hasn't had a break since she got in, so could not call back. Where is the respect to her clients time? I will not be returning.
