Honestly, best service ive ever received. Had an accident 2nd week of level 4, i made contact via email and Craig called me for insurance details and sorted everything out for me. My car was repaired under an insurance claim. After the repairs were completed I was left with a disturbing sound coming from the region where the repairs were done. Despite numerous revisits to Boss P&P the problem remained unremediated for months. The insurance company recently sent me to one of their Goldstar repairers who very quickly assessed and fixed the problem (being the new panel was fitted too close to the suspension mechanism and was making contact) and they also found a stone in the exhaust pipe and blew it out. Boss knew about the stone but because it wasnt on the 'scope of works' left it there (even though this job was a costly repair). Very poor service!

Took my car with panel damage to Boss Panelbeaters.
Advised the damage on the car is not covered by insurance and therefore wanted a quote for repairs.
The owner refused to provide a quote and was extremely unreasonable

Put my car in to have a few dents ironed out, thinking a 3 day window would be sufficient. Unfortunately ANZAC day fell within that 3 day window. The team did a great job and ironed everything out in 2 days. Exceptional service. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! My work was a part of an insurance claim. I went in for a five minute assessement. In and out. The next week my car went in for repair. They told me about two to three days. On the third day they called me and I came to get my baby. She had also been given a valet. It was like when I first got her! Well done Boss.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Replaced a door and matched colour just perfect. Couldn't fault any aspect of this companies business. BMW X5 in black came back looking very slick. Thanks BOSS for a well executed job. Colin Dawson

Not even worthy of one star. Went in twice for a quote and they couldn't even be bothered to do that. Poor. Very poor.

Best panel beaters I have been so far. I have taken all my cars to Boss so far. They are quick and do an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone.
