From beginning to end, all the people involved with our wardrobe were friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. Only one little design fault, which was only noticed when the final doors were installed, hampered being totally satisfied. HOWEVER, the commitment to fully rectifying the problem, which resulted in a complete reinstallation of a new wardrobe plus doing a few extras to give us total satisfaction was outstanding. You have gone the extra 100 miles to gain our total happiness with your product. So a huge thank you for being extraordinarily committed to providing a great product combined with total costumer satisfaction. We would have absolutely no hesitation in using Boston Wardrobes again for future jobs.

Have used Boston Wardrobes four times and have had brilliant service every time. I wouldn't use any other company.

I was very impressed with Boston Wardrobes who did a recent installation at my home which virtually had no storage. Lee the consultant met with me onsite and we discussed what I needed in terms of wardrobe and linen storage space. The Installer Sebastion arrived on the stated day and time and proceeded to install the wardrobe with minimum fuss and cleaned up after himself. Also the cost was less then I expected so next move is to redesign the storage space in bedroom 2. Great service Boston.

Very disappointed with the complete lack if service we received from Boston. The only time they were able to contact us in a reasonable time was when they wanted money from us. Any other time we had to chase up any information such as when install would be, what time they would arrive etc. Noone ever bothered to call or email to met us know anything.
Also at the initial consult I was told the wardrobe I selected was adjustable, but in the meantime they changed their products and again neglected to communicate that to us, so the wardrobe that was installed was a different product to what we were told about.

Aside from the fact it is not adjustable, the quality of the wardrobe seems good. But would not recommend based on the complete lack of service we received. The price does not match the service.

As soon as I walked in I was cornered by this bulldog of a woman. She barked irrelevant information and made the visit so unpleasant. She must have had a really bad day!

Left within 5 min. Heading to Doorshed Panmure. A little far but hopefully will get what I need!

I made the right choice when choosing Boston Wardrobes. My parents house had their's done back in 1996 and the wardrobes are still looking like a million bucks.

Second time we have come to look when web site says your open.and your closed. 30mins there and 30mins home. Waste of time.

If you are considering purchasing a wardrobe system, make sure you take a look at Boston Wardrobes before you make a decision. Honestly, the website pictures don't show the quality of these systems. The drawers are all soft-close, the construction is rock solid and will stay looking smart for years. It's well worth a visit to their showroom.
