The service department male staff （ who had long hair) very unfriendly and rude, mean to me! He gave to me the price with hiding cost! And then I paid over $1000 dollars! After then the man said to me which is do not coming to here any more in the future! Do you think I will coming here again? This is big company why they kept this people working here?

This Review is mainly for the service team, we dropped our vehicle for yearly service and found them to be dishonest and unethical. They told us they will wash and vaccum our car as well. Upon pick up, neither the car had been washed, nor was any vacuuming done. In fact they made the mat on drivers side even more dirty. After all this what is the guarantee they even did any servicing on the car? Such a renowned company and such bad service. Did not expect such dissatisfaction from Toyota Botany.

Been there 2 times looking for buying new car. Spend 10mins in showroom and not even a saleperson come to say hi.

Great customer service however had no new hybrid cars to sell as none in stock.
Not even taking booking. Maybe they should stop advertising so much and first get the stocks into the country. A bit disappointed with Toyota.
Here we are willing to spend and they are turning us away.

I ordered the wiper blade on Wednesday. They said it was coming on Friday, I thought maybe it was gonna come next week. I got a phone call Friday morning (surprise) went to pick it up. The guy at the counter came outside to replace the blade for me. He was very nice.
