23Have dealt with 2 other Body Corporates in the past and have always found BBC to be responsive (ie they actually take your call), full of good advice, always there to back up owners and fight the good fight. They have seen me through a leaky complex nightmare after another company totally messed it up. They have a tough job and deal with a lot of complainers day-in, day-out, I couldn't do it - but they do with aplomb.
Largely incompetent and uncommunicative. Avoid this company at all costs. It is also worth noting the person who gave the company a 5 star rating works for the body corporate.
Since paying for services back in November (it is now almost march), the body corporate has done zero and has not responded to my myriad calls and emails. If there'd been an option for lower than one star I would've selected that. Up your game 'Boutique'
