33The staff here are sooooo slow. There's never enough staff on. Peak hour in morning, there's literally 2 staff and always a huge line waiting. 1 of them is making coffees and 1 on counter. Hire more people!
Don't get coffee here it never gets better taste burnt and it doesn't taste that they put the syrup shot. Other bp coffee is good they need to train the barista

Great fuel price, I pick up my awsome coffee on my way to work, fill my fuel and sometimes get carwarsh. It pretty much have everything I need.
Toilets were disgusting and there was no toilet paper in there. I order the same coffee from different bps across Auckland all the time but from this station the coffee was terrible.

Bought coffee in my cup and they sad “we dont wash your cup instead we put your coffee in our disposable ones”. We protect environment hence using our own cups! Never been asked this. I go to wild bean cafes every single day. And i think every brunch should give proper training for their staff!

Went in this morning, asked for 2 coffees, was told by a fellow with a strong accent that "we dont have", so I enquired what do you mean you don't have to which he said "we are not accepting coffee orders"! The thing is there were 2 of them there and they weren't even busy, unacceptable behavior, I would score them a zero for effort and costumer service.
Today around 10 am, my wife and I turned up at BP to fill our car. However, after waiting outside and attendant didn't release the pump. So, I went inside and asked why he's not releasing the pump. He gave me a suspicious look and didn't say anything. I told him if that's the case we'll take our business somewhere else. He just looked at me as if there is nothing wrong. This is bad Customer service. We have an AA card and we didn't have this issue before with this outlet. We've decided not to go there anymore.
Really bad customer service. Staff just ignore you. Just stood there for a few minutes waiting in front of staff to acknowledge you while they were finishing what they were doing.

The last two times I have gone to fill petrol have been a shock. The 1st time there was no petrol and all the pumps had a note saying no petrol. The 2 was on 10 August 5 pumps were not working. Will changed my rating only if I find any improvement
Staff are nice and friendly, and the coffee is quite good, but the bathroom's are just awful and rather disgusting.
Everything was good except toliet, it's was so discussing and gross, forecourt and shop was quite after a while, one staff member had use the toliet and never bothered to clean it this happen around 9: 30am to 10am as I was there and decide I had to use toliet as a customer and any customer should feel comfortable and not look at this kind of mess it's about your customers and health and safety of hygiene
Disgraceful level of customer service. Extremely rude staff. Seems most of the guys behind the counter are incels. I'd give zero stars if that were possible. Won't be going back.
Food and drinks are reasonably priced except for the chicken bites etc have gone up in price the customer service is always up and down. *I come here often as I work down the road
Staff today were blasé, more focused on coffee than petrol customers.
Paid 100 dollars for pre pay gas and only recieved 99 on the pump, then had to go back inside to wait in a queue for my dollar so left.

Pretty disappointed with the job interview. I arrived there on time but the store manager over there have to let me to wait for about 15 mins because she haven't finished her eating. The outcome of job interview is I need more cafe experience as an excuse as I already been working at BP since 2017 across different stores. Unreasonable and not let others to feel comfortable.
