I came here once or twice (like twelve times but don't tell anyone) and bought some scrummy energy drinks so i can be energized the people were nice

Absolutely atrocious customer service by two women behind the counter.asked about donuts and got ignored didn’t say goodbye or hello just a dirty look. A real don’t care attitude here

Not surprised with the amount of bad reviews this bp has. My past two experiences have shown this. Customer service was very disappointing and i will be taking my company’s business elsewhere.

I just want to give a great big shout out to the Manager at BP Coventry Wairau who went out of his way to help an elderly lady in need. Thank you so very much Jamaine

You could only find the car wash & vacuum available probably once a month. Very disappointing!

Service: great, food: terrible
$7.20 for a toasted sandwhich that's more stale & floppy then toasted, and a couple mm of filling. Bummed because their food used to be amazing

Great location, toilet on site, good selection of food etc. Plenty of petrol pumps and friendly staff

I’d like to apologise to the nice BP man who was directing me & my cousin away from the petrol tanks whilst we were using a mobile phone for directions. I realise now you were trying to keep us all safe but we didn’t understand at the time. Thank you!

Disgusting!

I've gone here a few mornings in a row and had to take my coffee back as I've asked every time for extra shot in coffee and the lie about it.
And it just happend again.

If we pay for an extra shot stop stealing off people and saying you have made it properly when you havnt.
The times I have taken my coffee back and complained they fixed knowing that had cut corners but they did it again.

And it's the same person doing it every time!

Local petrol we often fill up at due to its location. Fairly easy to get in or out of from either side of the road. Might even now be able to fill up and pay via the app instead of having to go inside but haven't tried yet. Hot foods and bakery inside not the most appealing as they sometimes look a bit like they've been sitting under the headlamps for hours, but they do rotate them out at least after a while. Not a super big BP inside or out and cleanliness is average. Do have the car wash which use on occasion. Lastly, was happy that the last time there the window squeegee and washing buckets were at least new and clean to be able to use on the car. Overall, nothing really to write home about for this one so just "okay".

I was charged for the wrong pump. I did not notice at the time.
(I was in uniform and in a very well sign written vehicle. I also told the attendant what pump and he still stuffed it up)
Then to have a email sent to work claiming I failed to pay was very disappointing. Had they bothered to check their CCTV it would have shown me enter the store and pay.
It's not my fault if your attendant cant do their job properly.

Horrible stuff their service is horrible and rude. Stuff was busy talking to each other while people were standing in a queue (about 6-7 people in the queue). If you love BP coffee please choose any other near by BP store.

Young guy here is very rude. Staff always seem unhappy with having to serve customers. Hmm. HMM.

Not sure of his name, but the Asian gentleman is always polite and helpful when I fuel up. General chit chat which is good

On the small side of service stations, not entirely clean, but as good as you work expect from a small service station

Need more staff! Already here 20 min for coffee! Staff rude! If you don't have customers you don't get pay!

They make the best coffee out of any other BP I have been to with excellent customer service.

Great service and great incentives with my AA card. They make great coffees and know me and my husband by name

A great service station. The staff are very friendly and they make the best coffee. The pumps have plenty of space where you dont fear that your car will get hit and they also have plenty of parking on the side,
