22Twice now they have used all my AA points on a small amount of petrol when I wanted to save and rushed through transaction before I noticed. Each time I already had almost $1 saved to go towards filling up.
This filling station is is most expensive gas station in our area therefore lots of people in our area never fill petrol from this Gas. Station. I have seen most of the gas station drop their prices but this one is the worst. I am observing his price trends from long time.
Rubbish service by the attendant at the pump. I filled up a full tank of diesel.
The attendant was too busy listening music on his EarPods. Did not activate the pump the first time. I saw a line build up behind me with people who had already filled the car. So I had to pull out and pull back in to let people out.
The second time he activated the pump. After filling up I expressed my displeasure to him. He started explaining that he could not see my face and this and that. Then why did he start the pump the second time without being able to see my face.
I was a regular customer and I drive a new high end European SUV. There has to be some pragmatism and sensibility. Plus if you can’t see me come on the Public addressor and request politely to show your face.
I was on the pump right next to the night fill window as well. He could have just shouted out.
Instead of apologising he started a full blown argument in front of other customers. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am withholding the time as I don’t want that person to be identified. But some training for staff is much needed here.
I came this Petrol pump and at 9: 25pm and asked for full tank for filling up my petrol. The night staff working (Date: 20/06/2022) at the pump was talking on the phone and when I asked for full tank he clearly stated no full tank at night time. It was not at all appropriate for me. I am usually a customer once a week driving to the pump at this time to fill my tank full.and I have never been refused. This is the first time such a thing has happened. Please do check security cameras.i left the pump without filling my tank.
Their fuel prices.one of the highest in Akld, check on gaspy (fuel app) before you fill up here. If you go inside and shop for few things (as you ran out), can of tomatoes (budget brand), sells for $5.99 here, compared to $0.69 at the supermarket. Yes, service stations have markups but come on, seriously? !
I am a regular at this BP. They usually are great with customers but today (9th Jan 2022 around 7 pm) I was very dissappointed with the man's behaviour. I got a Mobile loyalty card today. Never going back to BP again.
I went to fill up as usual, I never usually have problems at other gas stations. The lady in front of me did not have to pre pay, she was able to fill up her car, however when I tried to the man at the counter told me I had to pre pay. Why? Is it because I’m Māori because the lady in front of me was white? Very disappointing, definitely will not be back! Do not recommend to anyone

Very rude customer service. The staff are obviously working very long hours. Told us to hurry up because people were waiting yet no one was waiting. Very disappointed.
Terrible. Stopped to get some coffee but was told to wait till other people will be served when it was came to my turn, the man at the counter just asked to step aside and let other people go first. Then he asked me to move my car because other people were waiting but he probably forgot that he made me wait himself and I didn’t move my car because I was waiting for him. If you don’t want to sell coffee to people who don’t buy petrol then just don’t sell coffee. Put a sign that you don’t serve people who don’t buy gas. I will never buy anything from this gas station again. Unacceptable service.

I am a regular customer of this service station and usually get good customer service but however on the 05/10/2019 at around midnight first time i have received poor customer service for this store.
Worst BP station, basically paying them to pump air, happened more than 3 times.bad customer service. Scammers

Average BP I've ever been to. Toilet was out of order and didn't have any hot food left. Next time I go there is to only get gas nothing else
If you want to experience the worst customer service this place is a must go, rude Indian staff doesn’t show any respect. They are usually 10c more expensive than others too.
Trash customer service. If you are served by Ranga, then you're in for the worse customer service experience of your life.
Very helpful staff you helped me sort my debit card, I was pushing credit, and being declined. Staff told me to select cheque then it worked.never to old to learn
