Often busy. Good food and drink options available. You can even get fries. I love the chocolate caramel slice.

I had to send an Uber eats driver here twice to get my order right. They gave me 2 out of 5 options I ordered and never offered me subs. When you’re about to travel overseas and have a baby who needs milk this is terribly a let down. The store guy just had to say he had new guys on which is not good enough. I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake, Uber wouldn’t refund me nor would they.

Being a driver and mostly on the road, I buy coffee regularly and this is the only station where the coffee is never good. The girl that's always there in the morning needs some training on making coffees.

As a loyal customer of bp, I will never come to this branch again. It is not a gas station. It is a coffee shop. Minimal staff on register, took 10 plus minutes to pay for petrol. NOT CONVENIENT

Had problems yesterday on pump 1 lifted the nozzle no petrol release then realised it must be all on prepay, so went in to prepay my gas, waited patiently behind a line of people paid my $20 then the damn pump only dispensed $18.75 so lined up again to resolve this issue, only to be told/asked if I had dispensed two lots of $20, ummmm I dont think so! I was so frustrated eventually I got my $1.25 difference and left it was suss as, I've logged this incident here so I'm not contacted by a private investigator in three months and accused of a drive off like I was years ago at Te Puna BP that ended up costing them $100 gift voucher and an apology.

Come on people get it right bring more staff (heads up to the staff who are doin their very best though) cater better to your peak times bring more staff on board to better manage both coffee and fuel/food and ensure the forecourt is functioning properly.
Only 3 staff visible yesterday all working flat out not good enough and get rid of the vagrants move them on if their not customers they have no purpose to be there its not a good look.

Rubbish. The air pump unfixed for years, vacuum took my coin and not working. The whole station is run down

One of the more expensive places to get fuel. Area around vacuum/air machine is always filthy with rubbish strewn about.

Coffee is ok, some days it's good, other days it's ok. Depends who makes it. Queues waiting in line feels like a lifetime. Also when buying items, pay attention to the prices because on 3 separate occasions did I have to let them know they overcharged me because the prices were different to the prices they were charging me at the counter. One of the workers did explain that they haven't changed the prices on display only in their system. Anyway I got my refunds back on all 3 occasions. Would still advise to check before paying.

Lovely staff, but the low rating is due to the prepay, and you confusing signs regarding it. How about you let me fill the tank without having to come in, wait in line, ask, then return again after it’s full

They made the coffee so hot it burn my mouth

Staff Lady was very very rude yelling on microphone at me saying don’t use brush to clean my car

As with most BPs, high prices, but great facilities. Tyre pumps, car washes, good bathrooms, plenty of choice in the store with hot food. Reasonable service.

$3.25 for a flake chocolate a disgrace no room for honour or dignity when the heart is filled with greed.

Love the bacon and egg pies and coffee and try to support as its My local but always high petrol prices even with discounts so they are not very supportive of charging our community.

Ordered a mocha but while waiting i was forgotten about and x3 customers later i had to go ask for it.not good service BP.
