The staff here are friendly and they make great coffee. Their coffee is better than the cafe’s around here imo.

Third time I've used the self service car wash and third time there is no soap in the machine. Will be back for coffee, but not the car wash.

Terrible. Paid $25 for a Super Wash and the dust is still on my windscreen. Save your money rather do it yourself

The do it yourself car wash is terrible, the water is not clean and leaves car worse off than it went in. The soapy brush has no soap or very little so again doesn’t clean. Would not use again ever.

The place was closed at 01: 30am but nothing wrote on the night pay. The guy onside was watching his phone and didn't say the reason.

I drive past 3 cafes for my caffeine fix here. Staff have always been polite, shop is tidy added bonus Krispy Kreme donuts and Cheesecake Shop single serves and cabinet pies and slices.

Disappointing - one vegan food option from their entire good selection. It was a vegan pie that wasn't available.
Positive - did have full plantbased mylk selection & the full female team were lovely.

When I get uber eats the night shift staff only heat the chese toasties 50 percent of the time. The other 50 percent of the time they serve it to you uncooked

DO NOT GET COFFEE HERE WHEN A GUY IS ON THE MACHINE. The coffee here is usually fantasic, the girls always make it really well, but whenever there's a guy on the machine the coffee comes out watery and burnt, not to mention he always forgets to put chocolate or cinnamon on top of the drinks that have it.
It's the fourth time this has happened so I'm no longer calling it a coincidence.

Today i got uber order from this gas station and the girl who works here in night shift is soo rude. I tell her the customer name of uber and she is like she throw the bag so rudely in front of me. So unprofessional and ride worker. This thing happened with me so many times.

What a shocking customer service.night shift lady seems like not interested to work there or serve customers. Very bad attitude. I asked for something and she totally ignored me.so not bothered to buy from there any more.real bad experience. Look like she is not interested in working.only like the winz payment.

Visited Bp petrol station on Lunn Ave today. After finishing to refuel my car I asked at the cashier if someone could help me to check the tyres pressures. I was on crutches, recovering from a surgery. The lady told me to ask her colleague for help, but he was on his way out on the door, he said that he finished for the day, ask someone else. Back to the lady at the cashier, asking for someone else.find out that the rest of the staff doesn’t know how to check the tyres. Thank you for the great service: (

Poorest service by the staff. I think she does not like serving people from overseas and I found it’s racist.

At 4: 15 am on 30th of July I attended the store to buy 12 pack donuts. Customer service girl decline to give the donuts I asked for. She replied that I can take the prepack donuts but she can’t give me lose donuts because she won’t do it for me. I repeated if she can give me 4 original glazed donuts. She said she won’t give it, take whatever in the box but she won’t prepare a box for me as per my request. This is the second time she did it. Last time she told my wife that she won’t serve because all bp server are down, and she was busy playing music on her YouTube. She did same this morning. I asked if I can get her name and she said that she won’t. I even advise that I own a store and we don’t tolerate such behaviour with customer. There were 2 customer behind me witnessing it all and they were shocked and surprise at her response. I told her that I will report to the manager and she said that she doesn’t care. Later I called BP and asked for the manager and she answer and hang up on me.

Me and my partner went there last night at 1am to get snacks for movie night and the young woman there was so rude, we tried telling her what we wanted and she walked off midway and then we asked her we would also like…. To which she interrupted my partner and said make sure you tell me everything so I don’t have to keep going back in such an attitude I was shocked.
She threw the items on the counter, chucked our cokes in the tray and then stormed off after we paid without saying a word. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

I only give three stars as my favourite thing about the wild bean cafes is the small chicken bites but they were very under part here over cooked and not pleasant. BP station was clean and well stocked apart from that

Hugee, spacious and clean fuel station! Can do bp app payment too Has 91, diesel, 98 octane. No 95 I reckon? No worries anyway.

Asked no sugar in my coffe, they put sugar. First time I thought, OK, it's just by mistake, no problem. A week later, they do the same despite of my clear request no any sugar. Plus made me waiting too long outside in rainy day, because a person making coffe seems to be confused with the coffe machine. Will not go there any more. Thanks

Ask for NIA, she makes the BEST coffee.
My husband and I specially go there when she is working.

Do try her coffee for once, i am pretty sure you will love it

Great pies and service. However, had to cancel my coffee due to the lady behind the counter handling money and coffee cup with the same gloves. Why wear gloves? Your still transferring germs!
Please educate your staff!

Went to get a coffee and pie from Wild Bean Cafe. The pie warmer was broken and they only had a limited range available which they could warm up as you wait. OK, things happen. So, I ordered a bacon and egg and a long black. To which I was told there was no coffee as the coffee machine wasn't working! So the Wild Bean Cafe was failing as a Cafe! I left at that point and went to Columbus Coffee.
