Rip off with auto car wash! I bought tickets for car wash and machine doesn’t working. They asked me to go closed car wash. None of them are working in the past 2 weeks! Total waste of time. No refund can be done.
One of the worst bp station for fuel, no respect for customers, specifically a fat lady with no name tag, serves, with grumpy face, good luck for other customers.
Big station with 16 pumps. However, they don't have an eftPOS machine on the pump. And their fuel is very expensive.
Between the times of 6: 00am and 7: 00 you need to have more than 2 people at the counter. I arrived at 6: 40 to purchase a boss coffee on my way to work, as I'm sure many people do, I was ignored by the two staff behind the counter along with three other people behind me in the line who I'm sure were wait to get gas because the staff were swamped with coffee orders. I ended up leaving after waiting 15 minutes without service. Sort your staffing out.
Most awful grunge music blaring in the shop, dolled up young woman with no manners serving behind the counter. And I use the word "serving" losely. Finished her private conversation first after she could see I was waiting. No greeting. These are basic things for customer service!
I pop in each morning for a hot drink. The ladies behind the counter are so lovely and always have a smile on their faces.
I work across the road, and I’ve just experienced the worst food poisoning of my life after eating one of their sausage rolls.
I will make sure our business no longer uses their business. Inexcusable.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer serviceAnd ride manner oof the staff. Prices on products are incorrect, so we were overcharged and had to literally argue to get the correct amount refunded. We were delayed by nearly 30 minutes thanks to the lack of organization, communication and service skills. Definitely will not be going here again.
Really slow service. Frustrated. Will be avoiding BP from here on. No card options at the pump? With Z for example you can prebuy petroleum and go through Fastlane where the pump recognises your registration and all you have to do is use the pump and leave, you don’t have to wait for the guy to unlock the pump, then walk inside cause they are taking too long just to go back outside fill up then go back inside again to pay.
Went tonight at 11.50pm on Wednesday to top up petrol and said save but the cashier used my points (saved up to 32cpl) and he said that 'he can't do anything about it'. He continually looked at his phone throughout service. Very disappointed.
Really depends on the time and luck. Sometimes quick and easy sometimes can take 15 mins. Good coffee.

Poor service! While ordering my coffee and getting gas, the guy at the counter was on his phone chatting to his buddy while serving customers. His colleague was also on her phone casually having a chat. This is not the first time it's happened. Management need to step in and correct this.
The customer service of this place is just ridiculous, no way close to kiwi standards, never gonna go to this place again. Actually I would give half a star if I could just because I got food

Customer service is very poor, the attendants are rude and my iced coffee was only filled up half way. Definitely don’t recommend, I’d go out of my way to avoid this station.
This morning stop for coffee 6.12.17 and Indian guy, young man, ask me to scan BP coffee card and come up it is free coffee, loyalty customer and etc. But he said scan again. Waaat, I did and he just wasted my free coffee for some strange or stupid reason. It is not about $5 just. BP please train your staff or get rid of them. Sooo disappointment and unhappy. I've got BP app and I can see when free coffee coming up, it was this morning.
As a frequent customer through this BP station I was very disappointed this morning when the attendant refused a request to change $20 for $10 notes without a purchase it wasn't act of refusal that was very disappointing it was his attitude. Seems like this is another one of the big boil operation subsidiaries that was purely focused on profit and not customer service before I would not return again
