I was at this petrol station approximately a fortnight ago and needed air in my tyres and no idea how to do it. The most delightful young man said he would be happy to do it for me and also showed me how to do it myself but said he would always help me if I didn't want to do it. What a lovely and helpful manner he has. His name was Kayden (hopefully spelt right) Thankyou Kayden - you are amazing

Saturday 18th june 11-30 had to return our first 2 coffees as were only lukewarm, the next 2 we received we threw in the bin as they were absolutely disgusting, there is no way the guy making coffees had any training whatsoever, bp get your act together and dont claim your staff are trained in the art of making coffee, ive had over 40yrs experience in catering and have trained schoolgirls to make better coffee

Always helpful attendants. Easy access from road and large forecourt. Excellent coffe and snack food.

Visited for milk at 9.10pm tonight beating in mind they are open until 10pm, I was served at the night pay which was absolutely fine. When I asked for milk the woman threw her hands up in the air and actually swore. After I paid I asked for her Managers details which she refused to give me, she didn’t have a badge on but I asked for my receipt which she also huffed at. Well KATJA, you’re so rude and should never be working in Customer service roles. I will never ever visit this site again. I’m absolutely astounded

I have usually had great service from staff here. However, I was just served by the rudest person I've ever experienced in this store.

Good petrol station.bought a chicken sandwich which wasn't proper chicken meat and was more like luncheon meat and bread was stale in places.will get petrol but not buy food there again!

The young lady working at BP Whangaparaoa station provided gold star service over and above expectations. She saw me adding air into the tires and noted that I may have nail in one of them. Sure enough the tire was too flat to drive further so she offered to change my tire. She did an excellent job as well as teaching me how to do it right. Thank you Talia. You are the shining star for customer service.

This BP station's carwash left the lower regions of my car excessively dirty.
I paid $20 for this privilege.

Usually I wouldn’t bother even reviewing a petrol station but after reading a few of the other bad reviews I would have to say they are mostly correct. The Asian lady that is there most of the time is one of the rudest, unhappy, sour people I’ve ever had to deal with. Nothing is good about this place! Would much rather go to Z and not be rudely spoken to. If I could rate it -5 stars I would. Maybe change career if you are that unhappy.

Pretty sure I just got racially profiled. Sunday 2nd of Jan at about 11: 15sm, pump 1.2 young ladies on duty. You might want to move them on, in case the wrong person comes in one day. Will be contacting the BP head office to formally complain in detail. Absolute gold, just what I needed in a Sunday.

I walked in, said hello, lady called Mandy (she didnt have badge so I asked her name) didnt say hi, I asked for car wash, she still said nothing, I paid, still say nothing. She needs to work somewhere she doesnt need to deal with people if she cant be bothered talking

Good petrol station with friendly staff. They also have Krispy Kreme which I like. The coffee is OK.

Great Service quick and easy. The crew their no me, my coffee is ready before I walk in the door, outstanding.

Bad customer service.

It's my nearest petrol station, got lots in the shop as well, also serves nice coffee, friendly staff.

Seemed to be some staff tension this morning. Just a dismissive "Hi" when I ordered my coffee. Hot cup placed on counter-no word or smile. Staff a lot friendlier at BP Orewa.

Won't be supporting local service stations. Fuel is 5-10 cents per litre more expensive than other locations close by. Suggest checking out prices in the vicinity first. I have downloaded the Gaspy app again.

It's a regular petrol station with what you'd expect to find. Prices on the peninsula are rediculously high, it's worth buying fuel in Silverdale or Albany instead, whichever is closer to your route.
