I've just been assisted by a very helpful staff member, Rujul, who helped me set up the BP app on my phone. Pity the app let us down, but she was very patient and I bought my petrol the old-fashioned way! Top marks for customer service young lady!

Tried calling them but no one answered and than the second time i called they answered and than hung up. They are always slow when I visit to gas my car and staff can be rude at times. One of them parked their car between pumps blocking me from using as the station was full. It was about 15 minutes when she finally decided to move her car and when she did she gave us a ugly look and didn’t apologise. She than continued to talk loud on her cellphone when i walked in to pay for gas instead of assisting me.

The staff are all friendly enough and it does what it says on the tin so to speak but I couldn't believe how poor the communication of one of the staff was last week which lead to me feeling really frustrated. It was unbelievable. I had no issue with the manner, everyone is friendly but I went to the counter and my nephew bought a couple of drinks and I bought them along with my order of a flat white with soy milk.

After paying for the items I was then asked about the detail of my order I'm quite sure 3 further times. Is it a latte you want? Is it cream milk? Is it skimmed milk? After the first two times I repeated I'd like a flat white with soy milk. After the third time I was quite exasperated and said 'Oh my God mate! A flat white coffee with soy milk! '.

I found the dialogue incredible. I'd already paid for the item before all these questions so he'd presumably charged me for what I'd paid for plus it was an item clearly written on the screen behind. Flat white as an option then soy as an alternative milk.

Even after all this I was then asked 'Is this milk okay? ' while showing me a container labelled vitasoy soy milk to which I responded 'yes'. I really don't know what was going on.

What was strange to is as I was leaving the next person came to the counter and specifically said 'Can I have 3.please? ' requesting some item presumably behind the desk. The same person who had dealt with me responded with 'How many? One? '. Sorry but how does can I have 3 of these possibly get a clarification response of 'how many? 1?

I apologised to my nephew for getting angry but it was totally warranted. People are bound to get frustrated. I'm not sure what the issue was.

The staff are all friendly but there's obviously some issues of general listening and basic communication. I mean God a flat white with soy milk which I'd already paid for. It should not need any clarification whatsoever beyond the time of payment.

She’s up there boys and girls.

The gas price has finally hit a break point.
Had a good chuckle with the guy working there and there isn’t much you can do about it really. The treat selection they had there was on point and I picked myself up a Cadbury crème egg ice cream one of my favourites.

Convenient location however, just wish the prices were sharper but you can’t win them all

This fuel station has always been the most expensive fuel station in the area. With many petrol stations now offering anywhere from $2.65 to $2.75 for a litre of 91, due to the fuel excise tax cut announcement from the government, this BP station on Mt Eden Road is still charging $3.19 for 91. Maybe they didn't get the memo.or they couldn't care less. Due to the strategic location they get their regulars anyway. These customers are probably not aware that there are many other fuel stations with better prices within a couple of kms from this petrol station. Another extremely annoying thing about this place is that their staff keep littering the sidewalks on Landscape Road with cigarette butts despite several complaints to the counter staff. Somethings never change!

Situated on busy Mt. Eden road, an ideal 'fuel-stop' for commuters heading into town!
There are six pumps (three on each side) in two lines. One can imagine the chaos when there are six cars wanting a refill and everyone trying to get into the right queue, depending on the side on which the petrol tank opens up! Yes, can get a little cramped and test your patience, if in a hurry!
Otherwise, the staff is quite friendly and a good amount of knick-knacks and the like that one can pick up on a whim!
They have just added #ecigarettes to their offerings!
Just found out >>>
If you think you can fill air for your tyres here, you are in for a surprise!

One of the few places where I get service-staff fill the petrol for me. And with a smile. I am willing to wait for this service if it is busy and it is worth the wait. Highly recommended

Terrible service. Awful experience. You have a racist working at the counter. The gentleman that was working at around 6pm 29th of Feb should not be working the counter.

Guy standing at pos, his English level so poor. And Then he don’t know how to split payment if someone has to pay cash and eftpos.

Terrible experience. Curious, does your Prepay Policy apply to everyone or only certain kind of people? While we're watching everyone filling their car without prepaying we were then told the only way WE could fill our car was to prepay $80 on our Fuel Card, so we're to be charged prior to even knowing how much our petrol cost? And if our petrol amounted to $60? What then? Place is dodgy and racist AF!

Staff members are friendly, although service are really slow as they are understaffed most of the time. 9 minutes just to wait for a medium cappuccino where there was just 2 of us ordering coffee? A little bit too long. Their petrol price are quite expensive; although not as high as the central city petrol stations. They accept AA SmartFuel card, but they have their own reward scheme for coffee. So, if you want to maximise your Wild Bean Cafe reward, better opt for other branch.

Very fast to put prices up on petrol an slow to put price down. Same owner has taken over a BP in carr rd use to be a discounted petrol with cues every day but now it's dead. Example $1.87 at these guys some others have it as low as $1.75

Been using this BP for years and they used to have someone to assist on the forecourt but no longer. I also got the cashier try to upsell sweets to me. Urghhh, so annoying. I guess that's what happens when businesses change hands.

Gas prices are quite good here and they also pump the gas into your car. Recently refurbished they carry 91 and 95 gas. The store itself hasn't got a huge selection however has all the basics you could need. Staff are friendly too.
