Staff looks lost, have to wait 30 mins for 2 coffees. Saw people canceling orders in-front of me because they were waiting longer than us. Got wrong order. Ordered single origin mocha with extra shot but they used regular beans instead. Paid extra for single shot. Very poor customer service.

Car wash is a joke. It barely works and if it does, it only spits either water or very diluted soap — never “foam” as described in the app and in comparison with other branches. I raised this with the staff inside — Charlie, and even presented videos but he insisted that’s how it works. Even told me to come back when he clocks out and that he’ll also wash his car to prove it. How could that have resolved the issue? Obviously it’ll pump out the same stuff as shown in video? Even customer service is a waste of time.

I’ve been using BP carwash in Flatbush and Takanini every month in the last 2 years so have a fair idea on the Carwash programmes.

Good thing I only claimed my wash through a promotion— probably also why staff didn’t bother to address the issue. Definitely not worth it even with a coupon. Would rather drive further.

Recently the hot food is over cooked and the bites are often very dry. Not to mention the labels don’t even match the food. I am a person who does not eat beef I purchased a butter chicken pie as said in the label unfortunately even asked the staff and he agreed it was a butter chicken pie instead went home to bite into a mince and cheese pie. Either change the labels or put the things in the correct place. I also checked out their packaged goods and most of the sandwiches were expired. The car wash has to be the worse part it stopped in front of my windshield. Called for help but the staff didn’t know how to fix the issue and took a long time while me and my kids were freaking out inside the wash. The new staff on the weekends were impertinent I cannot believe the discourteous attitude and treatment they have given to the customers. The staff on the weekends were abrupt and it’s not fair especially when people are in their holiday season. The staff need more training and treat customers with respect and kindness.

Bp in general are defamatory they need to get their facts straight before accusing people of things and update your records don't spend here it's not safe

Love getting there coffee.it's sooo good and even the bakery like pies and muffins are insanely different but good

Coffee is below average, esp large cappacinnos (too milky).
They have air machine that always works and 95 octane! Hence the 4 stars.

I normally always grab a coffe from there on my way to work. Tait is there almost every morning ready to make me a coconut latte, never dissapoints!

The staff is always friendly and there's a very good variety of products available.
Also, me and my partner have been there regularly for coffees early in the morning- Tait, the barista is super quick and flawless with our coffess and they always taste amazing, you can tell she knows what she's doing!

Absolutly discussing service toasted sandwich was covered in burnt crud after heating eftpos terminal wasnt worki g but they insisted it was my card when tried in another terminal worked perfectly i for one will never stop there again

Don't get your car washed from BP ormiston road.

The car wash isn't working properly. The front of the car didn't get wash at all. When approached the staff, they told us to get the window brush and do it ourselves. When asked for a credit and a refund.they denied.

When called the Manager, she didn't resolve the issue and told to come back later on Monday as she is in in a meeting right now.

In short, Issue not resolved!

DON'T GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE.

What a worst customer service experience!
The staff is rude and have no audacity towards resolving genuine issues.

I wonder why Manager is designated as a Manager when can do no good! Madam, is it a public office where you ask your customers to come back on a later working day? When the problem that someone has faced is now and not later! So the issue has to be solved the very same time.

The car wash didn't work properly and when approached the staff they didn't will to provide credit or a refund. Rather they suggested us to take the window cleaning brush and clean it ourselves. The Manager even stopped answering the call when staff tried to call her. Hats off! No credit or refund given.

They sold me expired chocolate which made people in my family sick then as an "apology" sent out expired coffee vouchers which they then refused to redeem.then refused to respond to my emails. Be VERY CAREFUL about purchasing ANY food here they seem to specialise in expired items.

Please clean your toilets! Have mentioned this so many times to the staff and still dirty. Worst BP toilets always try to avoid using them. Everything else is fine but toilets

Nice BP in Ormiston, everything is fine however the air machine for tyres is usually out of order for some reason

The worker didn’t scan my pass and acted like he forgot or didn’t know. He was a young gentleman and to top it off they didn’t call my coffee order and left it sitting there.

I had the best Coffee today. It was delicious and I would reccomend it. I am still reminiscing about it lmao.

Place clean and tidy. Toilets clean. Not very busy when I was there. Brought myself large flatwhite yummy me. Ive missed the coffee. Good service.

Wish I could give no star, because one is too good for them. Im exempt from wearing mask, and did not know I must go the night window. I was already inside getting my dr exemption to show, but they allready raised voices before I could show my letter. The one told me to show it from the door, and I said you cant even see from that distance on a phone. I do not appreciate how this was handled. If you want people like me to go to the night window, no problem, just put a sign up so we know.
This is usually a very friendly lovely place, but the staff on the 1st October just befor 7 am the morning, they must get training how to go about with been kind to people with mask exemptions.

Filled my car with petrol at this BP and two weeks later my car had used it all. Fuel might be faulty
