Parking is an issue in the busy mornings. Coffee punters hog petrol parking spot.

But, still happy here

One of the best branches I have seen in Auckland. Friendly and helpful staff with clean and tidy spaces. The toilet is very clean!

Lemon Ginger and honey tea was very weak, even though asking for a stronger one, very disappointing

Great gas station in a really convenient location. Friendly service, plenty of food and drink options, and top notch bathrooms (should you need to make an emergency stop!)

We need this place, but we pay to much to go there. Drop the price of petrol and it may get 5stars. Just saying

BP Petrol Station. Mount Smart Road. Onehunga, is the worst, most expensive petrol station. It's worth going elsewhere to not experience BP Mount Smart Road, and you'll save money.

I went to fill up my truck from this gas station. Cashier name was Bhargav. He doesn’t even know how to talk to the customers. He was speaking so rudely with me front of store manager. I saved my bp point and want to use it and told me that their bp system was not working. He was so rude front of other customers and swear on me and say don’t come back again. I have never had this bad experience at any other bp gas station.

I use the filling station to fill up our company ute with diesel. Great service every time I have been there, the toilets are lean and the convenience store has got some real fresh foodstuff and a great selection of soft drinks. It is a real easy drive in / drive through to fill up.
Reccomended to future customers.

Guy at counter was a bit rude but there was free WiFi and clean toilets to use which is total bonus

They use to have my coffee's ready to go, but by the time I get there, they haven't made it yet. I ordered ONLINE 5 mins before, then I'm waiting another 13-16 minutes more

Entrance & exit not clear, and bathrooms not accessible via the shop. Shop appeared tidy & well stocked, and staff friendly & helpful.

I fill up my car here about once a week and never have I ever had even the slightest issue with their service. It's always been a super fast and efficient refuel here.

Coffee is amazing and generally made quite quickly. The team there are pretty friendly. Too bad about their expensive petrol

My favourite BP. Staff are always friendly, and I find their hot cabinet food is fresher than other BP's/ service stations in the wider area.

Love coming here everytime, the people are great, customer service is 10/10 but still the gas prices need to come down.

Without a doubt I'm a BP fan, due mostly to good ol' genuine customer service AND FYI, demonstrated 24/7 by my fav spot on Weymouth Rd, Manurewa! A TOP NOTCH TEAM who, let's not forget, make a heavenly coffee, FAIR DINKUM! As 4 this BP, if u start my morning with a great coffee - YOUR A KEEPER, I'm pleased to report, this team did just that!

Honestly, it’s just one of the worst BP’s I have ever been in- the fuel is overprices for the area and The staff have 0 training in customer service.
Use the GAS station up the road. Cheaper fuel and they at least manage to slap on a smile
