BP reviews
43I visited this morning to grab light breakfast and visit the convenience rooms. Staff told me in a rude way that it's blocked. Didn't even apologize. I'd like the head office to look into it. Emailing them now. Same story with Caltex down the road.
Attitude of the Indian guy who served me.and others on 05/10 mate you need to change jobs. Dismissive behavior and bad attitude serving us like we are beneath you mate! I called you out on you bad customer service isomeone had too. And yet at the counter you have this sign telling customers not to treat staff like that; maybe you need to take your own advice first. Even the female staff was embarrassed by your behavior towards female.customers. Me calling you out on your behavior was.constructive feedback and professional take it and learn from it. I work frontline there are good and bad days dealing with public but it's having those strategies to navigate those challenging situations. You are the face of a large corporation I'm sure they wouldn't be happy knowing you treat customers like this.
Be nice to your customers a smile and good attitude goes along way!
Either Useless lady working 18/03/23 2am marked Ben and Jerry's as not in stock along with 20 other things like peanut slab with replacement kit Kat, either 0 stock or lost worker called up and she seemed pretty lost, so either downey worker or she's fine and empty shelf's.missed $100 order.
Served by “rajbir” whats with the rolling of eyes when i jus asked for coffee n gas.would not recommend
Very bad service by staff member RAJBIR unprofessional and rude should learn basic customer service skills
Manager doesn’t even train new staff properly and would rather go home early instead lol way to go bp.
It’s always good to see the gas station open w a friendly person at the window helping the customers choose what they need
The chick with the glasses is so lazy why does she work there if she had an attitude the kaepu
It would be better if they have two staff on for the night shift. It would help service of customers to go more quickly as I saw the lady that was on tonight running back and fourth to grab items, keep in mind you also have Uber drivers waiting to pick up their orders and also other customers just wanting to get petrol. Local advertising for more staff would be beneficial in the long run.
All other staff are great but I give 1 star for the staff member rajir? Kept rolling her eyes behind other staffs backs not sure if aimed at me or staff lol super unprofessional
Not one to complain but When I have stopped by here before staff have been generally ok but the manager (well she said she is the manager but never seen her at this bp before) seems to have an attitude problem when staff asked for help when they got stuck on the counter.bit pathetic really when staff show more courtesy than the “manager”.
All other staff were ok except one lady who let everything down one of the workers mentioned that’s their manager? Now I understand all the negative reviews lol
Horrible experience stopped to get a drink.took one sip and it tasted off so checked the bottle and turns out it expired back in October? What a joke
Really bad customer service and also the manager has inappropriate and unprofessional behavioural skills.
Was a great location until the renovation, gets a lot busier during the day and the price isn't competitive. It is also very difficult to get in and out from both exits with the McDonald's drive thru on one side and a busy main road on the other. Best time to visit is early morning till around 9AM as workers commute usually means this place is empty.
If you have the bpme app, then all bps are 5 star. Install it on your phone and add payment details. It'll scan your location and put you in the correct BP you're in. Pick your petrol, amount and pump number and it'll unlock the pump. No need to go inside. Add your rewards card and it'll update it for you.
Unfortunately they dont have 98 gas options for V8's, it gets quite busy with a maccas service inside and a drive thru, and getting a coffee from their wildbean cafe was slow due to only one staff member working. Also some homeless people hang around the outside as well, I'm not sure what there protocol is around this but they become a bit intimidating asking for money when they are clearly under some mental health service while on a mobility scooter. Level 4 lockdown now and you dont have to worry about them too much now lol
The guy didn't even know what they had in stocks. He tried to guess then later on admitted that he didn't know.
Glad to see BP Massey Road open, heard little whispers it closed due to serious building leaks.
Not suprised, as it was revamped mid 1990's to the new BP Connect format after BP Mangere East (Vege Oasis building) closed, which I remember well.
So the Gull rumor was almost true, theres a Gull coming just not at the BP site, however just a bit further up the road on the corner of Massey Road & Miami Street.
Good to see this store reopen, with brand new pumps, but not sure why they dont start putting Eftpos at pumps not everyone wants to use Pay in App.
Also, with Eftpos at pump, those with a card can fill up, and go without queing.
Sadly, I dont use this store much, as I fill my car to full, not set "prepay" amounts, sometimes use Pay in App however, the app takes ages to return the "preset" difference if I spend less, so I do use Z and Caltex more. I only go instore if I need to buy food & beverage so prefer to pay at pump if I can.
Looks good, nice and new - just the "No Eftpos" at pumps is a let down - and is one way to minimise drive offs.
If you had Eftpos at the pump, pumps would unlock up to the value on the card (so you could fill up easily) and save the prepay (and locked pumps) for those that go inside.
All the BPs need to bring Eftpos at pumps - you can get the best of all customers and reduce petrol theft.
Its win win for everyone.
Have kept this rating as a 5 as there isnt a reason to low rate, just wanted to provide honest feedback
I work for Auckland Transport and we had contract with BP to buy fuel. I went this mangere east gas station and being refused to use the toilet by the staff named PRIYANKA PATEL on 26/02/2021 at 4pm. Rude staff and they don't know to value their regular customer. Unprofessional behavior not expected this from BP.
