BP

I took our company van for a wash 2 weeks ago, wash not working correctly, possibly requires a service.
The different was cycles seems to be the issue. Any way I hope your get it looked at please, as this so convenient for us at the hospital.

The toilets at this BP are some of the filthiest toilets I have been too!
No toilet paper, urine all over the floor, no soap, this is the third time I have attempted to go here and use the facilities and each time has been the same story, it’s absolute FILTH!

Great location when visiting Auckland hospital for fuel and fast snacks. Got what I needed and more. Great.

I hope the staff there really don't know how to make coffee please. Please guide them it's a request thanks.

It is so disappointing when we asked for extra hot coffee and said please make it double cup but the guy at a duty told that we are not allowed to give extra cup as Marie (the manager) told staff that they don’t have stock which is totally rubbish……….

No coffee at 08: 00pm. Machine is broken, Blocked Toilet. Not even bothered to put a OUT OF ORDER sign. The staff were counting cash. Not sure Coffee is not available because of that. Everything Out of order at the same time. Terrible experience ever from a BP.

How been going here for 2 decades and staff have always been fantastic.don't know what those 1 star people are talking about.

Fresh tank of gas, a couple Memphis chicken bites and a flat white from Wildbean that was surprisingly good. I like how many food options BP now offers, from St Pierre’s sushi to Dunkin’ Donuts. Their car was here is amazing, one of the best in Auckland.

What a convenient and nice place! My daily afternoon coffee is always crafted with love and care from this BP staff! They are really friendly and warmly welcoming as if I am at home! Thank you all for everything! Especial thanks though to Ashly for her marvellous efforts to make us "the customers" always pleasant and obliged!

I am a BP employee, I see BP Newmarket not just as my workplace but also my home. I want to thank the customer who let me know that someone was jumpstarting their car on the floor court today. Thank you for also treating this BP as you would your home.

Great busy place to go for drinks, snacks, lunch or meet with friends. Customer service is quick & efficient.

Always stop here for an iced latte which is usually good but recently they are always out of ice and also the car wash is never working.

Bring your own cutlery if you wish to purchase any food on the go don't worry, they do tell you once you've waited in line and already purchased the item that they don't supply cutlery

My dog who went missing last night and came into this bp store, got shooed off by one of the male coworkers working here. He still had his collar and city council tag on. Understandable that you don’t want any dogs in your store but it would have been good if he called animal control or auckland city council instead of just shooing him away.

Excellent store and great variety of products in a large premium space, however, customer service was a let down, a smile and a thank you goes a long way.

I bought two coconut chai lattes via BP Me app. Ready in good time, very delicious and great service from Charlenne!

The most expensive petrol on the planet for the last ten years as I travel to Newmarket quite a lot. Fill up there if you're rich.
You need to sell a pair of kidney to be able to afford to fill up your petrol here.

The new staff at New market BP is extremely slow, which is okay. But the lady that makes coffee is so extremely rude. We love BP and really like the coffee and service usually, but this one was not the best or acceptable. Being slow or stressed is okay, but being rude and impolite is not. I hope and sincerely wish someone up there is reading this and will take some action. Thanking you very kindly:)

This particular BP gas station is my fav for midnight snacks. But since last couple of visits there is a new guy standing behind the counter who is extremely rude n doesnt know anything. He charged me $4 extra for 3 chicken bites which usually is $3.30 (the guy charged me $7.30). On my next visit he was charging more to other customers. N on my last visit when i asked that guy that me n my partner wanna split the payment, he asked with immense rudeness "what do you mean by split". Not gonna buy anything from this gas station if this rude staff is behind the counter.

Well I often pay coffee here, but recently the barista out there on Sunday and the Indian lady makes the worst coffee watery tasteless and too hot. Gave 2 stars for fairness as their a good barista as well. I hope more raining provide it otherwise we will go shop elsewhere.
