BP Warkworth is Okay the only thing that lets them down is the state of the toilets I understand there will be high volumes of foot traffic through them but regular checks will certainly go a long way to ensure a pleasant experience for the many travellers
Customer service at the counter is awesome every time and food is nice

Good access but not always the cheapest. Good range of snacks in store including Krispy Kreme donuts

Great selection of hot food, cold food and drinks along with ice creams, coffees, and snacks for the roadtrip.

Just left and very happy with the nice team on. Thanks young man, didn't get his name making my hot drink, was very pleasant & had good customer service thanks.

I had the best experience with a worker called Sapphire, so kind and friendly. Does her job amazingly, highlight of my day.:)

I pulled up after a long trip from Pukenui on my way bak to Aucks,
I beeped the buzzer, waited 3min. Beeped it again, waited son more.then done a long press of the buzzer and nothing,
I waited over 15minutes.then outta the blue she finally shows up from out the back, and not even an apology.

Thee Worst customer service from a BP service station!
It was soo bad, I thought I was @Mobil. I will not be returning to this dirty, over priced and probly change fuel providers to Gull!

You know what I really dislike is that you can't buy a standard size can of Coke any more. It's either the small plastic bottle or the big 440 can. It's just ploy to get people to spend more and drink more (arguably) bad beverage.

Although a little more expensive than others, I always find the team friendly and happy to help

Very busy station. Waited a while before being able to use pump. Couldn't find air pressure hose to pump up car tires assumed none available at this stop

Guy working at 3am was such a rude guy I'm a trucky spend heaps at bp and guy mucked around making a $3 coffee while I'm waiting ten mins to pay him $300 for gas should have just taken my payment let me carry on

Bp being keeping me going and out of trouble with there 98 helping me lose highway portal on multiple occasion though at this point in time with these fuel prices not to sure if I should just stop and get the ticket

Love their cabinet food selection, sandwiches. Just in chicken pie there was no chicken so may be it was chicken out. Good place to stop n refill or recharge your EV cars.

Really uncomfortable experience as only customer wearing a mask and no action from staff to enforce mask wearing. Disappointed.

Situated in the most convenient of places that has everything you would need. Take the time to stop and check it out.

Coffee cold.and muffin stale as. What a pity. Today at 10: 30.maybe because the staff was one the mobile phone while making my coffee

Really appalling hygiene I paid for my coffee at the checkout the checkout operator then used his hands all over the top of my cup writing my name after using his hands for coins and credit cards of others. Bloody shocking

Need to clean this service station. Its filthy and so are the pumps. Rude staff always changing staff. Wouldn't by or eat anything from there until they improve their cleaning procedures.

Nice and helpful staff. A wide range of fuel type (91,95,98, Diesel, EV Charging) also with a ultra car wash machine. They have pretty much all you need in the shop. Great fuel station!

Very disappointing to see an unmasked customer stroll into BP Warkworth and walk out a couple of minutes with a bottle of coke - why wasn't she asked to either leave or put a mask on or show an exemption card?
