BP reviews
40Everytime I come here for coffees in the morning these guys are flat out but are very efficient and give excellent service.
Understaffed, one person working with 5-6 people waiting. Cabinet not restocked and got my order wrong.
I was always interested in bp petrol and I like it because they have a service for aa card too and I think this is the best and biggest petrol pumps on Auckland New Zealand.
I love the vacuum they got there very handy for a quick tidy up and the cost is really good, thanks bp, 1 thing I ask can we get discounts for 98 95 filling so me and my mates can come back and fill.we have been jamming gull 98 lately
Very disappointed service standards have hugely dropped. Especially when it comes to coffees.
Are you guys making coffee with properly trained batista. What a spoil of my time. I thought BP is mantaining their quality in Coffee, but they are not. One guy was was doing something at the back. The till operator called him yo make Coffee. I am not sure he changed his gloves or not. But he was struggling making 2 Coffee. I was waiting for long. But after that, If that Coffee was good there would not be a problem for me. A big NO NO for Coffee in this bp.
Unfortunately was ripped off by the stuff, who claim the Krisspy cream donuts for heart shapes were more expensive than the assorted 4 pack which’s shameful behavior as when I asked why you want to charge me $. 16.80 for 4 packs of heart shape she said they are expensive I rung Krispy cream and asked them if that was valid claim, but they told me no the cashier fool me. So shame on you and it’s not about money it’s about honesty.
I’m sharing the words else where so people will be aware with these dishonest tactic.
Was asked why I wasn't wearing a mask and asked to put one on. Showed my valid Ministry of Health mask exemption and was told they will not honor the exemption. I told them they have to so it's best they call the Police as I wasn't going to be bullied/insulted by their lack of knowledge around mask exemptions. Best you read up on the fact sheet around mask exemptions BP Mt Albert and train your staff to follow/honor it.
The old lady who works in this store is extremely rude. This morning she was racial profiling us. I dont know her name but she was their in the store 4th jan morning. This store needs to get rid of this kind of people and employ someone who can treat everyone equally.
The windscreen washer water and rubber/sponge brush was dirty, my windscreen looked worse after cleaning!
The lady who works in this store is extremely rude.she was racial profiling because in front of me he talked with white guy very nicely but with me very rude. I think her name is Ameen she was their in the store on Friday afternoon on 14/01/22. This store needs to get rid of this kind of people and employ someone who can treat everyone equally.
Not All stuff but some of the stuffs that works at Bp mt albert they don't treat every one the same i found that very sad!
Rude cashier can’t speak proper English, tried to sell me things I didn’t ask for, this country is turning into India absolutely discussing behavior. Get lost
Simply the worst customer service, I have ever received. Girl named Ameen served my partner on Friday afternoon on 14/01/22.
Such a Shame that brand store are let down by an utter shambles of what can only be described as customer disservice.i know the product they are selling don't need any attention but at least they can provide good customer service so customer love to come. Better to go to Z station of Mt albert
Great Coffee
Great Service
Friendly As
Nice Pies
Plenty of Parking
What more can I say.
2 thumbs up to BP
The most expensive fuel. I have been refueling at Mt albert for the past 3 years. I regret not having chosen Z energy from before. Their price board has not been working for the past 3 weeks. This is a way to attract people and charge higher. At BP I get only 15.4l for 95 but Z I get 16.6 l for 95. More than one litre difference. People should see and stop putting fuel there.
Love their wild bean cafe, overall bp is drivers choice, bit pricey but ohwell comes with good service cant complain
Still expensive compared to other petrol stations but you can accumulate and fill up which saves you alot
Sells great high quality furniture for low prices and the staff is wonderfull but they don't give receipts
BP New North Road is my place for coffee and snacks during the week. The barrista is fantastic, the food always fresh. On the weekend is not so good, I guess they don't get as much practice and the food cabinet is quite often empty, however other BP's have the same weekend problem.
