I still come back to Brake& Auto for my car service, even though I have moved to Silverdale. So, guess how good they are!

Awesome communication, helpful, super friendly, honest, and reasonably priced.

Did the agreed work, were completely honest, and didn't try to up-sell me.

Will come back when needed (hopefully not too soon!).

Okay I must be the worst client out but they were patient, respectful, understanding and most of all accommodating in every aspect of getting my car drive worthy. Mark, Jackie and the team went above and beyond my expectations this time. I have been a client for over 4 years and no mechanic has ever sacrificed time, money and patience on my vehicle ever like these guys. Yes you heard it right. They will look after you and the work is top notch without adding on jobs that do not need to be done. They are dedicated to helping you no matter your circumstances, they will support you however they can if they can. A+

Great place, nice and friendly staff and always keeps you in the loop. Had an oil change done and they finished it very fast. Also let me know of another minor issue that I didn't know I had. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

BAS were recommended via my local Facebook page and they did not disappoint! Friendly professional service, kept me informed at all times, reasonably priced and they just feel like honest and trustworthy people. For the first time ever, they showed me a photo of what was wrong inside my car, so I knew what they were fixing was legit. I can highly recommend and will definitely return.

Absolutely incredible customer service here, they really went above and beyond to help me get my car safe and wof sorted (after being given the run around by a different mechanics), with a baby being due any day they squeezed me in and had it all sorted within a day. Super grateful to the team, pricing was very reasonable and my car is driving beautifully now. I won’t go anywhere else now, would recommend 100% to anyone.

BAS really know there craft. I own a Ford Ranger with a custom rear disc brake conversion kit - no issue for these guys. Disc Rotors, Pads swapped out in an hour - Bob is a living legend! Will not send any of our vehicles any where else, thanks for installing confidence BAS. You guys are just as detailed as I am when it comes to servicing our cars, Kia ora Team
