Fantastic service We needed to move two seizes Classic cars into very tight spots The Brian Roberts guys were incredible - friendly, knowledgeable and professional I want to give all members of the team more than 5 stars!

Lynn the receptionist is absolutely lovely and helpful. The issue I had was that the quote for my repair was done weeks prior but because AMI hadn't linked up, the quote was just sitting there. What happened to initiative and common sense if I didn't call I'd still be waiting now, not to mention the leadtime was 6 months for a repair how about advising that before you take 2 months to even quote a job. Flipping useless.

Booked in for paint repairs. Insurance approved and took months before they would book me in claiming parts were delayed. Repairs took longer than estimated claiming waiting in additional parts and extra damage. Feel like they are taking the piss would not recommend.

Don't use these guys. Absolutely terrible communication. They've had our car over two months and are now telling us they won't be able to repair until another 5 months time as they are so busy even though we have rung them for updates on numerous occasions and never been told this previously. Really poor customer service!

Just the worst experience I've ever had the displeasure to endure. From charging daily "storage" fees which they don't tell you about but insist on collecting, to unfinished work, work not completed properly, to the 6 MONTH ordeal of dealing with them and their rude service. They are very experienced pirates.

Go ahead use them. See how you get on. I'd rather chop my arm off than ever have to deal with them again.

Worst customer care service. Didn’t inform before coming and calling 7am in the morning and lady is so rude. Never suggest this service to anyone.

In getting minor repairs done on the car, a week later & still waiting. Did a reasonable job. Back again for another small issue, car back within the day, well done.

It's a shame our insurance recommended these guys took so long to book insurance job and then said we weren't booked when we went to drop car off. Bad communication.

Insurance job on my car with speckled paint. Very impressed they got the paint right, that was my main concern. Perfect repair. Guy I originally spoke to was abit gruff but was very informative. They did loose my paperwork so waited a month+ before it got fixed which was abit annoying but it happens

Have dealt with Brian Roberts through both panel for insurance and towing for a break down. Have zero complaints and appreciate the help they have given me. They can get very busy and deal with a lot of stressed out customers’ so I hope people show them the same respect they have shown me. Thanks guys!

Helpful and prompt service to rescue my precariously positioned car after hours. All done with care and expertise. Called and sent photos to show the situation. Truck and driver arrived with a plan and executed carefully. Very grateful for their help.

Used them for years but when we have an emergency they are no help whatever seriously look at who gets our business in the future, even recommended them to family and friends, a mistake on our part which we will be fixing

Worst customer service ever. Use shouldn't even be in business. Can't even be polite over the phone and when a customer is explaining the vehicle situation telling the customer too shut up and saying don't tell me how to do my job.yeah good one. Maybe have some respect.

Thank you to this beautiful lady named Corina or korina I hoped I have spelt her name right it was an early call out on the motorway in auckland I was half expecting any help at that time but this wonderful women got out of bed in the cold to tow us to safety thank you from my whole heart your service was an absolute blessing aswell as well presented well spoken and fastest service in Auckland and most probably new Zealand itself she has a beautiful bubbly happy personality? And light coloured hair if it sounds like you thank you lovely lady ️️️you made my whole week and I had a hell of a week thank you thank you thank you p.s your boss should be proud to have you and you definitely deserve a raise wonder woman?

I have very bad experience doing a service under my insurance, i had to take my car back more then 6 times in 6 months for the same issue and every time while picking up the car from them, my car battery is flat and the reason they gave is someone forgot to close the door. Not acceptable and definitely not recommend any kind of service with them

Worst experience. Took my car there as I got crashed into. When I went back to pick up my car. All the saved radio stations had been wiped and car clock was not on correct time. Half a tank of gas was used. Drove it 2min up the road. Did grocery shopping and came back and couldn't get my car to start. They then tell me my battery isint holding charge but was fine for them when they drove it around? Obviously I am not carsavvy so I paid for a new battery to be put in from them. Even though I had no battery issues prior. It's a relatively new car! Why did they need to disconnect my car battery for damage done to my back door? ! My prescription sunglasses also went missing too but not worth the argument as the staff are super rude to deal with anyway I will never go back there. Very disappointed
