Very reasonably priced. Large meals, service a little slow but it was a busy Saturday night and they did warn us first.

Nice atmosphere, food wonderful. I felt the toilets could do with more frequent attention. Buti would recommend this restaurant.

The food was epic and amazing I absolutely enjoyed it very much literally the best meals made and it is worth the night spend

Had the worst service there today and we waited for our food for about an hour and still didnt recieve it while other tables that came after us were served first and the little girl that waiters has no empathy or any manners and did not even apologies for the delay so definitely not going back there

Excellent service. All of the front of house staff were great. A huge thank you for being so helpful with my daughters coeliac requirements. The food was amazing.

Uuuuuuuuummm seriously I am confused? I walk in here with my partner with second thoughts because the restaurant was quite empty so we were abit scared of how our food would be. First of all the service is AMAZING.second off all the FOOD oooooohhh my gosshhh it was bloody delicious. This place is underrated? And I don't know why?

We haven't been dinning in new lynn for many years.my wife and I had a fantastic lunch with good staff and service.will be back

The service was outstanding. The front of house staff were the best I have seen for a long time, it was such a pleasure to be served by friendly and attentive staff. We popped in on new years eve to see if we could get a table for 2. We were welcomed and advised that the wait for a meal could be up to 45 minutes. No problem, we were seated and were well looked after. Our order for food and drinks were taken promptly, drinks arrived, with everything done quickly, efficiently and with a smile. The food arrived sooner than expected and was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Mondays are dire with most places closed. Bricklane is not only open on Monday, with a Happy Hour from 3 (not 4) but their meals specials are great!
2 for 1 Steamed Mussel Pots. Delicious! I have had them before and can never decide between the two options: white wine & garlic or Thai coconut.
Monday I could have both, each better than the other!
But the star of the place is the service! Both Abi (sp?) the manager and Chantelle (sp?) front of house extradtrodaonaire, treated everyone like their favourite person whom they wanted to talk with!

The service was great. Lamb shank, chips, salad and soap. Really enjoyed the dinner and will be back again.

Lunch today was amazing, don't read past reviews, they have new chef the young lady that served us was amazing, I had lamb shanks, wow fell apart beautiful mash, the fish was so fresh you couldn't even smell it

Awesome deals during weekly lunch for $15. Value for money and very good service. I suggest make a booking as its always packed during lunch.everything on the menu is good so you cant go wrong. Love the portion of Fish and Chis and you fried chicken with Mash is silky smooth.

Ambient atmosphere, clean and always lively. Food was as expected, service on point. Tried the crispy duck, highly recommended and of course, the ribs!

The service was first class the main meal awesome until we ordered the banoffee pie for desert. Nowhere on the menu does it mention the coffee taste. The coffee is so overpowering you cannot taste any banana or toffee. When we mentioned this to the manager she underplayed it. Don’t order it unless you want the overpowering coffee flavour - big disappointment

Great food, great service, prices as you expect.
Comfortable surroundings. One of the best places to meet up for a meal in New Lynn.

We had the $15 lunch. Great value, large meals, good choice of meals, everything fresh and tasty. 5 people from 3 generations enjoyed

Still great. Delicious meals. Recommend the lamb shanks. Just two of us this time but still enjoyable (and well spaced and ventilated in these covid times)
