Bridgestone tyres are among the best ones. The store in Manukau is very conveniently located and the staff is very courteous. Got quick service with a cup of coffee!

Suffered a punctured tyre in the car park on the way to Pac N Save, Manukau and only realised as I was leaving the carpark with that sickening thud thud sound. Worse still the spare wheel was at my house! Bridgestone was next door by a miracle.
Despite being a busy, late afternoon when every man and his dog wanted their tyres done, Shaun (I think that was his name), the manager, moved heaven and earth to squeeze me in to rescue me and the guys in the workshop sorted me out. Was so impressed and relieved, and also the price was really good for the two front tyres as both were worn and need of replacement which i had been putting off. I had another car fitted with new tyres by them a week later as well as a sort of thank you rather than go to somewhere closer to home. Always believe in repaying a good deed.

Not happy with the customer service at the station at all, sorry to say the Guy is so rude, discriminated person, refuse to do work even he was free on Saturday 05-08-2023.

The guy was fiji Indian! So disappointed person, never said sorry or apologise. Did not gave my refund back what he was said.
Won’t coming back again here.

Bridgestone get right people for service not those who try to lose your business.

Bought 4 brand new expensive tyres, this Fijian guy rude behaviour disappointed me.

Tyres, bloody expensive now 1700 for 4 tyres on a holden equinox, good tyres but gee whizz expensive

Excellent service. Especially Sean accomodate me in the tight schedule to change all four wheels. Great customer care & product. My car starts flying again very happy. Great job Bridgestone Manukau.

This is a great shop for tyre works. Jeet was very courteous and informative during the service. I just visited for tyre air check and he was very polite and prompt.will visit again.

Stood in shop waiting for someone to come to the counter and serve, they kept looking but no one came to help. Finally I went to MagnTurbo and instantly got service. This isn't the first I've had poor customer service from Bridgestone Manukau either.

I m coming to this shop for last 4 or 5 years. The only reason is they always give me best price. Last year I changed my two tyres $125 each. Today when I came and told the guy who was at counter he told me $225 each tyre. I told him last year I paid $125 and even at that time prices was $225 at howick bridgestone shop.and he told a lie that I paid $180 last year. I was lucky that i still got that old invoice.

Good customer service and working around my schedule, I did cancel a couple times due to meetings and work schedule but I was accommodated and got my tyres done efficiently! Thank you!

Worst experience. I had a valuable customer voucher that I bought for $129. They asked me to pay extra $250 that too for my 2010 Mazda demio. Which I agreed to pay.
That voucher included WOF. They made a bill for $200 for changing a drive belt and $60 dollars for cleaning the headlights. I told them that’s too expensive and I’ll get it done from somewhere else. They FAILED my WOF.
Such a pathetic experience. Won’t recommend.

Back tyres were very noisy went to see Ron and his team on Cavendish drive, Manukau, he recommended low noise Tyres, they were fitted in no time and in the allocated time, they also balanced and aligned all wheels, the result blew me away, all noise disappeared and the fuel consumption went down from 5.6 km to 5.4 km per 100 km, all over a very pleasant and excellent experience with friendly and personal service, thank you Ron and your team, you are recommended!

Great service. Had irrepairable puncture. Thank god i paid for warranty. Was replaced with new tyres in no time. Special thanks to Ram and team.

We pulled in before they opened with a big horse truck and a flat tyre. The guy came over as soon as he got there (before opening) to check if we were okay. Very helpful in letting us know they couldn't work on trucks but told us of a place that could. Thanks heaps!

I got a tyre replacement in a few hours when the tyre wasn't in stock. Then the guys phoned me and phoned me to remind to pick up the new tyre! Thank you guys! Love ya! PS.this is not my first tyre from here. Been shopping here for years.
