I used to manage a tyre shop and can tell you these guys are the real deal. Had a few visits here now for my scooter and both cars and had a great experience both times with exceptional customer service. Can't recommend enough and will be getting plenty of visits from me in future.

We came in yesterday morning without booking to replace a tyre. The team did a awesome job to have it fixed so quickly. They ordered the Dunlop tyre and got it delivered in the afternoon. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

Shannon couldn't have been nicer. AA put on spare tyre, Shannon showed me the screw I had run over which punctured the tyre. He fixed the puncture, fitted tyre. Very reasonable charge. Very efficient all round service - can recommend.

A1 Service for Shannon. I had a knocking sound in my 2 back tyres on my company vehicle (Toyota Hiace 2017) he still fit me in on a very stressful Friday before a long weekend. I couldn't be happier. Ask him to do a job outside of the ordinary - put on brake clippers. He did it and charged a very reasonable price. Second time I have used this business and its always service with a smile.

We went to 2 other tyre companies in manukau and they said that they could not fix my tyre. When I went to this one, they fixed it straight away. Definitely recommend, excellent service.

Last Saturday I had my 4 current tyres replaced with 4 new tyres being the Bridgetsone Ecopia. These tryes were on promotion and seemed to be ideal for my car.
When the guys were replacing one of the front tyres they came across a cross threaded stud. Initially I thought it was probably done when my car was last in for a tyre rotation and wheel alignment, but afterwards we establish it was done when I had my brake pads replaced.
The owner of the business (Shannon) was not at work on Saturday but on Monday morning he called me to discuss the issue.
Shannon totally put things right - he came to my work and collected my car. He then replaced the damaged stud, replaced the nut, and also installed 4 new centering rings that assist with the installing of aftermarket mag wheels which I had on my car. Returned my car a couple of hours later.
I wish to commend Shannon for his approach and his actions which were totally focused on putting things right immediately. He went well beyond the call of duty in this instance.
The guys on the job are also very helpful and knowledgeable.
