Very good service, they took the tire off fill the puncture, later on found the tyre had other puncture which can not be fixed so they did not charged us. They even lend us a tyre to another place becuase they didn't have the stock.

Great service, always friendly. Got a puncture repair and will be back when I need new tyres. Got my last set here too. Highly recommend.

Experienced the best customer service today. Rung to see if they could slot me in to check out a punctured tyre. They fit me in straightaway despite being short-staffed and busy. Did a great job of solving the problem and had me back on the road in record time. This will be where I take my car now for any tyre needs. Highly recommend!

Team where great this morning. Excellent service Removing a screw from my wheel. They made time even though it was last minute as I needed to head back up north and travel over 200km.

Had tyres fitted to our camper van the Mitsubishi Canter truck it was put through the truck bay with easy access from the top side of the building. GR8 friendly service.and one of the few places in Auckland that can balance the 130 millimetre rim centre. Tyres were buy one get the second for half price at the moment. I will definitely come back. Norman and his team are ALWAYS so friendly. He always remembers me and welcomes me in. They are quick to attend to the problem and communicate clearly the whole way. I would never go anywhere else in NZ for tyres. I only refer friends to Norman.

I needed a puncture repair last minute yesterday and the team at Bridgestone Tyre Centre Albany were very professional and helpful. Norman went the extra mile to ensure my tyre was road ready quickly. The service was excellent and the staff professional but still personable.

Easter weekend, had a puncture needing repairing and everywhere i rung was fully booked until I rang Norman at Bridgestone Rosedale.

Great guy to deal with. Didnt have the tyre I needed in stock so instead of sending me away to come back another day he sent one of his workers to go pick another one up for me and fit it then and there. All up was there for 30 - 45mins which was great!

Pricing was really good so would highly recommend this shop. Will definitely be back!
