Bridgestone Tyre Centre

We have five vehicles, several commercial ones and they all have Bridgestone tyres. Every time we take vehicles to Bridgestone Tyre Centre, located in Subway Road Pukekoe near the VTNZ the service is outstanding. My partners vehicle was getting a wheel alignment and they sent through a short video to her phone to let her know it was ready and what they had done. The South African Manager is very friendly and professional and I would say where tyres are concerned it doesn't get any better. I would also like to thank the team for helping me with my little vintage car when I needed to get the hubs painted. Excellent Customer Service!

Wonderful service! I was next door for a warrant and they found a nail through my tyre tread and it need to be removed and tyre rechecked before I could get a warrant. I drove straight next door and spoke to the guys at Bridgestone. They said it might be about $40 to repair (which sounded very reasonable to me) - so they hoisted my car, removed wheel, removed nail from tread, pressure tested tyre and found all was fine as nail just in outter area of tread. Didn’t charge me because they didn’t have to repair - AMAZING service. I’ll be back when I next need tyres or a rebalance as this was fab local service!

I’ve always found the team at Pukekohe Bridgestone to be friendly and professional. They work hard to keep to their appointment times. They have always offered us sound advice, and several options when purchasing tyres for our vehicles. Would certainly recommend them.

Great service, thorough and explain what needs doing, cost. When you book your car in they keep to the time. Will definitely steely be back when I need wheels.

Unfortunately the person I was dealing with told me I needed to buy a second tyre because by swapping my spare (brand new and unused) with my worn tyre (low tread needed replacing but fine for spare) I would fail a WOF, when questioned on it he stood firm and said that's how it is however once I looked into it I found out that is not the case.

They also left the tools (used to take out the spare) on my backseat rather than putting them back, citing the kids car seats as the reason because they aren't allowed to touch them (company policy) However they had already removed the car seats to get to the tools, they could have taken the time to put them back and left the kids seats for me to do.

I would have given one star but the work carried out seems good, alignment nicely done.

Whoever I dealt with needs to know that sort of behaviour loses customers I don't know anything about those regulations so I trust the professionals opinion however I feel that trust was abused to try and sell me a second tyre. Instead of me telling my friends how good this place is because they tried to save me some cash and looked out for me Ill be telling my friends this story and that they should avoid the place!

A big thank you to Blair & the team for going the extra mile for our daughter Chelsea on New Year's Eve.
She was heading to the Coromandel but ended up with a puncture on SH2. After a call to Blair he gave her 2 numbers to try closer to her location, 1 was closed the other told her they close at 3pm & didn't seem too interested in helping her.
Blair then told her he will stay open for her to get the tyre sorted even though he also closed at 3pm, this being mid afternoon on New Year's Eve at least a 30 min drive away.
Blair got her back on the road, his comment " we definitely wouldn't leave her stranded " summed up what a good man Blair is!
We cannot recommend this business highly enough whether you are a local or passing through Pukekohe.

Absolute lifesavers. Amazing service. Unbeatable prices. And just great guys. At VTNZ and realised I had a flat tyre. Walked over and asked for help. The boys swapped my spare (for free). And by the time I came back from my VTNZ appointment had fixed my puncture. I just wish this was my local store. Thanks guys. You turned an absolute s#*t day into the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time

A big shout out to Blair Rientjes of Bridgestone for going above and beyond. Long story short, I need 2 new tires for my camper, but supply chain issues mean the ones I need are currently scarce and couldn't be sourced until Tuesday earliest. Seeing my disappointment at the idea of not moving on for that long, he called around 4 competitors and I am now siting at one of them getting back on the road this arvo. When I realized Blair was missing out on the sale, I tried to at least pay him for the work he'd already done. He wouldn't take a penny off me. Thanks Blair and Bridgestone!

Went for puncture service. Amazing staff, great workmanship and advice. Work was done as advised and completed on time. Will always visit this place.
