Organised and spacious store. All items are clearly categorised and relative easy to find. The prices are on the higher-end however huge promotions during Black Friday sales.
Would highly recommend shopping here for kitchenware when moving houses or during revonation projects while they are in the middle of Black Friday sales (or perhaps Boxing Day sales).
Good quality products too, been using some of their products for more than 4 years faultless.
Efficient counterstaff, very polite during refund as well. However lack of staff walking around to help customers when assistance was needed, may end up wasting time finding an item that was temporarily unavailable.

Customer services at the counter is bad also prices is the up to date on the display as expired.will not go back to the store at all

4 Items purchased all at 60percent off. Good value for money. 1 item exchanged due to colour no problems. Very good variety of options.

The sale was amazing saved more than we spent which is crazy but got lots of Xmas shopping done

Probably the biggest briscoes I've ever walked into. Huge range of items and very tidy store.

I find they are guite expensive, browse bUT seldom buy from them, even there specials are guite dear, and it is hard to find staff on the floor

Wish I coulda bought more I wait for the 60%-40% off sales otherwise I couldn't shop here lol eg I got $70 frypan for $15!

Good local Briscoe, no issues, good range and lots of specials. Also to note Briscoe have a price promise - if something goes on sale in the next 1 month after you bought it, they refund you the difference so keep your receipts and check online! It's worth it

Need staff to walk around and ask the customers if they need assistance, I've never ever seen that in all Briscoes Outlets. You need to take staff and show them how it's done at Mitre 10 and Bunnings, yes they are Australian owned but that's how they are there and here, very helpful and patient with customers.

Typical Briscoes, but used the app to ensure they had stock prior to visit. Few in the queue. Plenty of parking.

Staff SO unhelpful. Came to buy an outdoor set but after 20 minutes of staff fluffing around told that they didn’t have it. Ok, that’s fine - I asked if any other stores did. Staff wouldn’t look up and tell me! Nor would they call and have one put aside. Never been to a store that was so unhelpful. Will go elsewhere in future.

Front desks are super nice. Went in done a refund today, easy to deal with, nice staffs. Great service overall.

Good range of products, but not very impressive customer service - Quite robotic. Plus, was nearly denied the 50% discount of the product being purchased. Lucky I was paying attention and pointed it out.

Just spoke to Reynold (?) on the phone and they were super helpful, efficient and friendly. Great customer service!

Another busy day at your store was expecting along wait to get to the counter was pleasantly suprised how quick I got through it great cs service would do it again without hesitation.

No reply to 5 emails I sent. I have been hung up on after being on hold for 30 mins. Will gladly take your money instantly but no chance of talking to someone via email or phone.

Didn't have the product they had advertised online. Didn't appreciate wasting my time trying to purchase something they are our of stock.

Great shop with really helpful staff me. If you are around worth a visit. Products from kitchenware, bedroom to electrical.

Id prefer this store from all its other stores, purely because you find everything in stock & there is no shortage, it is a fair way to drive but worth it.
