Went to purchase a duvet set sheet set and valance.the options and set up to select these items was poor at best.lacking amount of sheets to choose from and at 40percent off still super expensive. Buying from here when sales are not on would be ridiculous. Obviously over inflated regular prices. We got so frustrated with the lack of good options we left after spending 25minutes with no help from anyone. Would never attempt to purchase these products from here ever again.

I bought U shaped pillows last week for the kids. The retail price was discounted n the service was friendly. Keep it up guys.

Good store, location, parking, layout and range of products. Mediocre customer service, if you’re lucky. Today was no exception. Lazy checkout staff, I was the only one waiting.

Parking was crazy on black friday sales weekend, but that was expected. Good store, just less stock compared to the mt Wellington store. Conveniently located in a small complex near bunnings, kreem cafe, etc.

Extremely helpful and happy staff even on a sale weekend whilst seriously busy nothing was a bother. Can't wait to return. LOVE BRISCOES.

They need more parking spots that's why I gave it 3 stars. The shop itself was 5 stars. If you can't park most people will go elsewhere.

I visited this store earlier this week. I am only giving the store a 2 star rating because I had to wait to get some attention twice for 5 minutes. I was first in the queue. Both checkout operators were on the phone holding lengthy conversations. I don't think this is acceptable service

Used the Click and Collect service so at the time of pick up, customer service was great. Staff easy to talk to. Very quick service.

Love click and collect.but $3.00 surcharge.really? In a store that always has sales? AND you still need to stand in line before uou can collect.
