We have had two children use Kimberley Timmins as their orthodontist. Our experience was first rate. From the friendly and helpful receptionists to Kimberley and her very experienced team, we felt we were in good hands right from the start. Kimberley takes her time to thoroughly assess and recommend a plan for each child. The whole process is outlined clearly with what to expect. They are extremely good in dealing with kids anxiety and fears about having braces, in the end we saw both children so confident about how to manage their braces and retainers on their own. We are now at the end of treatment and both kids are thrilled with the way their teeth look and feel. There is a transition period where Kimberley still oversees the final stages (using a plate) - we also know we could always come back to her with any future issues. If you think your child may need braces don't hesitate and make an appointment with Kimberley as she is very sought after and the earlier you can get on her books the better for your child.

My daughter's overbite was corrected perfectly by Kimberley and the team, as well as straightening her teeth. We are thrilled with the results! Outstanding result! I took my daughter to see Dr Timmins 3 years ago as we were looking for a second opinion on her severe overbite and damage from too many years of thumb sucking. I am so glad we chose Dr Timmins and this practice for a few reasons. First it was a reasonable cost for the timeframe and severity of the situation. Second, we live far away and I had a very busy role that made the need to reschedule frequent and the receptionists that run the clinic are exceptional - it was never a problem to work with my hectic schedule, always rescheduled us without a problem and never hesitated in helping when needed - sending of the occasional bands etc. Finally - the result is so much better than expected- my daughter’s teeth are absolutely beautiful. All the staff there definitely know how to work best with teens and just absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. We are over the moon- thank you Kimberley and team!

Over the past two years, I have undergone orthodontic treatment under the direction of Dr. Timmins. She developed a highly detailed plan for myself and family members to go over; her team happily discussed this with me and gave in-depth explanations about everything — answering any questions that I had. The difference that is made with Dr. Timmins' extra expertise — undergoing an extra four years study on top of a dentistry degree — is unbelievable. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them — despite the stress and discomfort, which they helped to alleviate — and their expertise and experience made my tenure the best it could be.
