I just drove in with a flat battery (5-6 years old) after jumpstarting the car. Immediate service - battery was checked and needed to be replaced. Done in just a few minutes while I waited. Good price. Great stuff.

I did battery replacement last month (February 2023), less than 30 days, I've got "Increased battery discharge when stationary" on my BMW dashboard. It's so weird to see this happend cos it's a brand new battery, after the inspection myself, I found the battery terminals are not on tight enough (one of the terminal is not on tight at all!), so I had to tighten the clamps on the battery posts by myself. It's rediculous, I paid $100 labor fee for loose battery terminals? ! I think that's the basic work to be done after the new battery has been installed, but you can't even deliver it to the customer, so disappointed in your customer service.

Called browns bay auto electrical to have my vehicle serviced, having already replaced the alternator myself and provided them with the part to put on my car. Asked them to double check if everything was ok and was charged $300 for them to put the part which I provided onto my alternator which I also provided. Was told it took 2 hours of labour, the part had two nuts on it… In the invoice they also charged me $20 for the usage of their tools which should be in the hourly. Was planning on using them for thousands of dollars worth of electrical repairs for a seperate car, will no longer be using them due to their lack of integrity in pricing. Would not recommend this place if you want to keep your money

I can't thank you enough for the service you provided. Our delivery car has been in and out of the mechanic for a year, but got progressively worse and kept not starting (several jump starts, new terminal, new battery.). Finally it was suggested to try an auto electrician. You went above and beyond to figure out the issue and we now have a car again!

Piers was a professional. Checked remote batteries and found new ones I got from Pak n save were undercurrent. Stopped his work and sorted it. 5 star service. Shall pop in for future jobs. Highly recommended

My car speaker stopped working, they did a check up for me, nice and friendly staffs! Will come back if I need anything else done in the future.

They did such a good job with the radio I needed I'm now looking into replacing my car speakers

Great service. Took my car there at 11.30 (no appointment), by 2.30 my car was ready to pick up. This included getting the alternator delivered and installed.

Who's driving the van around the Rodney area, Absolute maniac! This is the second time i seen him drive like this. Tailgating people in wet weather, Talking on the phone while driving. Not good! People are watching and your van is marked.
