Here’s to the cheerful guy on the desk who readily dived under the front of my car to sort those pesky clips on a Honda Civic under engine panel that is always getting caught on those high kerbs. Only a quick job if you know what you’re doing – 5 minutes in and out with a ‘There you go – all done’. Thanks a lot!

Took punctured tyre to nearby tyre shop and was sent away as it was close to closing time. Greg was on his way home but helped us change our tyre, took it to partner tyre shop to fix up, then was ready first thing in the morning to put on car. Lovely team there who went extra mile to help a couple of stranded people in a pickle:)

Swift, professional service, gleaming result and the added surprise of an exterior clean, vacuum and wheel polish. Also noticed their premises are SO clean and organised as well - a slick operation.

Just picked up the CX-9 and all dents and repairs at a high standard, car has been cut and polished looks brand new again, awesome crew and communication is spot on

After more than half a year of waiting, got such unbelievable results. The paint started to peel off! Tried to communicate with them, but every answer was prevarication and non-acknowledgement. Their irresponsible behavior is hard to describe in the harshest words. They are just relying on the customer's ignorance to maintain their business. Extremely NOT recommended.

Took my car in a week ago about a damage report required by VTNZ to pass my wof. Spoke to Greg who promptly stopped what he was doing and thoroughly looked over my car to diagnose the issue, then gave me a ruff estimate of the repair cost. 7 days later my car is repaired and warranted. Communication was swift, clear and friendly. They booked me in as soon as possible and even squeezed me in between jobs because the urgency of my wof. The repair was done well and the costs were extremely reasonable. They even went above and beyond what was asked and required of them which was flippin impressive to say the least! An absolute 5 Star service. I highly recommend these chaps to everybody and anybody. Thank you to Greg and the team, you lads are THE BEST!

Quoted $7,000 for a repair that was only worth $80 at the most.did it at home. Over priced and don’t listen to their customers very well.

Taken car there for insurance. Was told car would be ready on the 25th of this month also that there should be a loan car ready in a week and that I'd be called first. Rung today to check on what was happening and was first told that the customer service rep was being abused by a truck driver which was rather unprofessional then transferred me to another gentleman, the next gentleman told me that he couldn't even give me a date that my car would be completed until next Wednesday, and that the loan car was booked for a couple of weeks, which would of been great to know at the time I went to put my car in there. Extremely unimpressed and will not be recommending or returning to this business.

Charged $2287 for a very minor scratch on rear bumper of a 2020 Mazda. This is how they loot when Insurance is involved in the repair.
But there might be someone who get badly affected by this.
The invoice is an absolute Joke!

Superb job on my back bumper, car looks brand new. Very surprised to pick up my car and find that they had also fixed my driver door inside panel, which had been hanging off and catching for over a year and driving me mad! Thanks for going above and beyond expectation, fantastic service

Went down just to get a quote on (more than) a few things, ended up having fixed on the spot something that had been an issue for months.

We went to this company to fix a small dent in my car. After a week when we came to pick up the car, it was not fixed at all. We left it there after for another couple of days and when came back it again did not look any better. Terrible service and do not recommend this company to anyone.

The car was taken to their garage and they said was gonna be ready in 2 days, 2 days later they said it was gonna be ready next day.at the end they took 6 days to fix it and didn’t even give me a courtesy car.

Fantastic service, everyone is very friendly and welcoming and my car was spotless when I picked it up. Not to forget the great job on the actual job they did. Would recommend to anyone - top stuff!

Great communication, quick service despite being mucked about by Honda and repairs looked spot on especially with the special paintwork on our car. Professional and competent.

Took weeks to fix my car, Ordered the wrong parts & even painted it the wrong colour.
Did a terrible job of handing it over dirty. Great workmanship but you also left dents in my vehicle.
Would recommend RJ DON.
