Be very careful there. I got my laundry stollen while I went out during 10min. CCTV was not working.

Big Rip-Off so take care at this Laundromat. Slotted 3x $NZ2.00 coins into each of the 2 larger front loaders. Neither worked - NO OUT OF ORDER SIGNS! Possible refund buttons didn't function. No way of getting the coins back totalling $NZ12.00. No on site assistance. No personnel on site. The Convenience Store close by confirmed they don't own this business. I also lost my washing powder placed in the machines. Remarkably, Bubbles did have a functional Coin Machine and paid out on a $NZ10.00 & a $NZ20.00 note. Don't waste your time using a $NZ5.00 which only gives you 2 x $NZ2.00 coins.

I eventually walked further up the road to Laundry World at 219 Hobson St - while a smaller operation, their larger machines worked well and the clean dryer too. Expensive day for a pensioner!

Went late on a Friday to wash and dry a fleece blanket that was needed that night. Wash load was $6 and when it finished it was sopping wet. Drier was $2 for 10 minutes however you cannot empty the lint tray yourself and by the amount of time and coins the machines needed to dry my own load and also other customer's clothes, I would say that those lint trays must have been pretty packed and therefore inefficient. There is a change machine there but it will only give you coins for notes in multiples of 2 (if you try to change a $5 note - you will get 2x $2 and you lose a dollar) and good luck trying to find a business nearby who will let you take out coins by eftpos. I will try somewhere else next time.

Constantly having to walk away as the coin dispensing machine is getting worse, I mean accepting my notes. I have also noticed, the larger washers, when you pay $10.00 for a hot wash, the glass door is always stone cold, interesting. Just going to bring my own coins in future, because you kinda have to!

Be careful with your dresses, homeless people sleeping inside the laundromat and clothes are getting stolen

Worst experience ever. Dryer not at all doing it’s job. Recommend not to come here at all. Waste of money

The change machine doesn't work so you have to make change by yourself in the different stores around. Worst laundry ever. Don't come unless you already have heaps of coins.

Well, that was literally 10$ down the drain. Washed slightly muddied pants, after 32 minutes they came out looking exactly the same as I put them in, slightly muddied. It might just be that the powder they sell is useless, so if you have your own, you might have a chance at a better result. Also, the drying is pretty quick, so I didn't spend long on this failure.

Overall very dirty inside, machines were also overfilled with soap, some dryers were not working and wasted money, also when inserting a $5 note it only dispensed $2 coins so you loose $1 unless you insert 2 $5 notes. Some customers inside were not happy about regular breakdowns as well. Need to work on some things but overall got the job done

Easy to operate machines, note changer on-site and just a few metres away from where I live. Very handy location.

Went there last day to have my wash done.
- Wash Quality: Mediocre/bad. Used the large machine, even after me having not enough to fill it up. I prefer to use a bigger machine for lesser load, easier for the clothes to be agitated and get cleaned thoroughly. But yeah came home to see clothes noticeably worse off than other laundries I've been to.
- Dryer: I used the Large dryers on medium two times, and then on high a third time to get them dry & found some clothes still a bit damp. Compared to other laundries the large machines here are noticeably bad.
- Coins Machine: Good. Easy to use, and had enough change.
- Detergent Dispense Machine: Just Okay. Needed help to use the dispenser and the powder packet dispensed itself is no known brand.
- Service/Support: Excellent. The person was quick to respond and did a good job walking me through anything I needed.

I'm thinking to go again and next time use two medium machines (both dryer and washer), if the wash turns out decent I'll leave a warning to not use the large machines and bump rating to 4 stars. (knocking 1 star off for keeping/not-replacing the underperforming large machine).

Inexpensive compared to a few other laundromats I've been to. Having a change machine and powder dispenser on site was convenient.

Good place, good prices but the large machine on the right doesn't work properly for a while. Spits out the $2 coin you put in and gets stuck

Great place for doing the Laundry, I had no issues and the laundry was ok.
Is a very good place, clean and quiet.
The only small issue is with the change machine, that should accept smaller coins.

Old machine w $2 only changing machine. Never change $5 here. But no other choice location wise.

The change machine only gave me $4 when I inserted $5. Says I have a $1.80 credit. I tried to insert. 20 coins but it didn’t accept them.
Desperately in need of some basic cleaning of floors and machines.

Did two medium loads, no issues. Dryers work well just like anywhere else. Don't expect magic.

Tip. Buy detergent from the convenience store near by.

Not the best place, soap dispenser took my first $2 and nothing was ejected. The washer didn't seem to wash my clothes the best, my socks still smelled after.

I don't think the washing machines have a proper rinse function. The water in the last wash before the spin still had bubbles. Had to pay twice for the dryer and clothes still wouldn't dry. Not very impressed.
