Skip bin did not arrive Friday. No communication. Emailed and no reply. Phoned and they claim driveway was not wide enough despite having skips from other companies delivered at our address & wife home. No attempt to contact me about this or refund my money.

Budget price for budget service, budget communication, budget company. DON'T USE THESE CLOWNS

I called up budget bins wanting to order a skip bin for my house.the automatic machine operator said for me to wait to reach Auckland operator so i waited. The first operator said that she only dealt with commercial orders and so she transferred me to someone else and so i waited for the 2nd operator.

The 2nd operator said she did not deal with Auckland orders and so she transferred me to another operator and so i waited for the 3rd operator.

The 3rd operator told me she did not deal with skip bins and so she transferred me to another operator and so i had to wait for the 4th operator.

Finally the 4th operator gave me a quote and the quote is not budget at all.i had to wait over 20 minutes just to find out that the price is more expensive than other bin companies.

Ordered a 4.5m3 bin for a household cleanup. Good price and simple online booking. Despite being a little nervous based on other reviews here, we had a good experience - skip arrived as scheduled, driver was careful and professional, placed bin exactly were instructed in booking.

Only minor criticism is that there's no way to get a window for delivery and pick-up time on the scheduled dates, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Wish i read the reviews.everything they said is true. No bin, no phone, no answers i wish they weren't in business. Waste of time. My property now waiting to clear rubbish. Thanks Budget Bins for your great Service. NOT!

I regret not seeing the review before booking the bin. Schedule for Thursday. Call Thursday and Friday. Both empty promise. I need the bin for weekend. Very very frustrated! This would be my first and the last order from them.

Don't call them at 4.58 pm. You'll be on hold for ages then they'll hang up. When you call back you'll be told you've called outside normal hours. It is literally a rubbish service.

Booked these guys in before reading reviews - which got me worried! However Budget Bins did exactly what I booked in, bin was delivered on time and picked up on time with no fuss. Unlike other outfits they didn't have a weight limit which is what attracted me.

Ordered skip bin to be delivered on Friday and when it wasn’t delivered rang them, was told the truck was broken down so couldn’t deliver until Saturday

Saturday morning still no skip bin so called them again and was told yes it would be delivered definitely today and they would call me back with an ETA. 3pm still no skip and no call from Budget bin on a ETA so tried calling again but the call Centre closed at midday

Sunday still no skip bin and no idea if or when it will be delivered

Shocking service!

Rude staff, incompetent mixing up orders and failing to deliver and collect bins but taking the payment - dumb drivers who leave bins in non accessible places. USE SOMEONE ELSE. These guys are only interested in commercial on account customers.

Bin ordered to be delivered on 31/07. No delivery. Called the call centre to be told someone will contact us at 7am on 01/08. We then call the call centre at 9am to be told that there is not enough access (despite already having two bins of the same size from budget bins delivered). A reasonable person would think they would contact you in the first instance if there were any issues rather than have the customer calling to find out what Is happening. Previously we have had no issues so unsure what has changed in the company to lead to the now poor service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish i had read the reviews before using their service. No communication and when we have asked to speak to a manager for two days we've been told he's in meetings. They really think we are that stupid. Happy to take your money but not at all good at giving good service. Don't waste your time and money.

Use to order skip bins from this company. About 30 bins last year without a glitch. Last week I order and received skip bin on 29.06.20 Order B414011. Next day morning their track collected empty bin from our address. On our call half an hour later requesting to return our bin we been told its being sorted. Nothing happened so second call after lunch and we been promised we will get bin next morning. Nothing happened next morning so third call to find out whats up. Been told first that collection been scheduled. When I offer to send scan of email conformation with clear collection date 4.07.20 they changed a strategy and told me that bin was full? So the driver collect it on his own. Then no replacement bin will be given. On my offer to come onsite and talk to 4 carpenters who witness empty bin and can confirm this mess from driver side got nothing but rude responses. The outcome is this clients service is messy unqualified lairs who looking for any excuse to escape responsibility for their faults. I called again on 1.07.20 and asked for written explanation what happened so we can proceed with our complain. Been promised to get it within an hour and week later still waiting for response.

Terrible service, no one seems to know whats going on. Wait to to speak with someone is forever. Bins dont arrive on time yet tend to get picked up early. Have used Budget bins for years but seem to have been sold to Auckland Waste Management and since then its gone down the gutter. Wont be using them again.

This Is run by a big Cooperation and they have no sense of customer service.
The driver is rude and arrogant.
Should had read reviews before ordering from these clows.
Waste Management shame on you guys.

We had great service from this company. Our bin was dropped off and picked up as arranged. The driver was courteous and friendly.

This is the worst company for bins you can deal with. They deliver late, pick up early, terrible service, the people at the call center have no clue whats going on. WARNING DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT! DEALING WITH THIS MORONIC LOT IS PANIC ATTACK INDUCING.

Ordered a bin, paid for it and they didn’t deliver the bin. What a cowboy outfit! Utterly useless so would go elsewhere in future

I would not recommend this company. The bin was supposed to be delivered in the morning but did not arrive until late afternoon. Collection was arranged for 7.30am when the truck would have unrestricted access to the bin in a CBD service lane. The driver arrived 7 hours late to find the bin inaccessible (blocked by parked cars). When told that he should have picked it up at 7.30am to avoid this, he cursed, swore and hung up in my ear. The bin was not collected for another 5 days.
