Don't stand true to the values mentioned on their website. Our family has been messed around so much with Build7. Such poor communication and when there is communication it's lies and false promises. We are still waiting for our home to be completed after 2 years of building. We have learnt our lesson pay more, go with the big guy's! At least they will support you to get the build done if the builder goes under. However from this experience I don't think we can mentally handle another build. Huge strain on our family, finance's and mental health. Really wish it didn't have to end up like this, we tried to have a lot of grace and patience but it's got to the point where we need to share with others to ensure they don't go through the same nightmare. But for us the sleepless nights, financial burden and disappointment continues.

It was a nightmare building with Build 7. We had a contract with Build 7 to build our house three years ago. However, the project manager Dean Lister managed the project badly. It had lots of delay and eventually Dean didn't want to come back and finish the build. Dean was also very bad in communciations, he hardly responsed my email and phone call. If you think about building a house with them, I am happy to let you know my experience. And make sure to avoid Dean Lister.

Been 2 years since we signed the contract and still don't have a slab down. Been an absolute nightmare.

He's asked us for money in advance,
used our money to pay for another person's consent and dumped soil on our property. Near impossible to get hold of and when you do he's got an endless supply of excuses.

Build7 franchise has tried to distance themselves from Dean by removing him from their website but he still operates under their umbrella. They refused to help us when things started going off the rails.
