Building Inspections Auckland City

Fast and efficient service. Got my building inspected at 11: 30am and recieved my report at 4pm the same day. Thank you for being so thorough with the building report, this report helped me answer a few questions I had with the building and I’m glad I used alert inspections to help me with that.

Irene was amazing, making all efforts to get an urgent property inspection booked in, patiently working with a Real Estate agent who was difficult to make contact with and less co-operative with regards to appointment times. Irene persevered, beyond my expectations, after hours. Juggling other clients, so my inspection worked in the short time frame I had. Grant did the inspection, phoned me directly after, talking through his findings, then I had the completed written report e-mailed to me next morning. Grant still pursuing the agent about access to an area, not made avaliable at time of inspection.

Recommend with confidence, very quick to respond as we were running a tight timeframe to have a builders report completed for the purchase of a property.
